“Useful file export option”
Pros
For me, clear links make it simple to get to the section you need, the site is consistently available and the file export option is very helpful.
Cons
Training competency and file management especially when updates are needed can feel a bit difficult.

“stable microsoft-backed foundation”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons this works so well for me is that it runs on O365 and SharePoint. I really would not want to build something this important on a backend maintained by anyone other than a major provider. It matters a lot that I can keep developing it over time with confidence, knowing the foundation is not only Microsoft-based but also a platform they are heavily investing in and clearly treating as part of their long-term future.
Cons
There are a few restrictions around the kinds of files you can store when they are not compressed. In practice, that has been a pretty minor issue since it mostly just means we need to keep executables zipped. On the plus side, the available customization has made those limitations largely manageable and TQA has consistently been just one email away whenever I needed something handled.
