I am thrilled with the fact how easy it is for our clients to use, they virtually require no orientation.
Cons
Convincing clients to sign into yet another platform to review their feedback is a challenge, but we have resolved that with the integration, particularly with Jira.

Pros
The improved quality of bug reports and change requests has resulted in fewer development cycles.
Cons
The plans are a bit pricey for our needs as we only required client error recording and do not need that many projects, etc. Having a custom configuration option would be fantastic, but for now, we will use it in more projects.

Pros
The implementation was quick and it is super easy to use. It works perfectly for obtaining both internal and external feedback.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons. The trial version is available for two weeks allowing you to test all the functionalities first.

Pros
It is pretty easy to use and install. The user friendliness makes it accessible even for non tech savvy users. The Chrome Extension works flawlessly. My clients are already loving it and it is simplifying my work.
Cons
So far, I have not encountered any issues. Perhaps in a future version, video recording could be added.

“Innovative idea
Pros
Personally, I had no idea that such a tool existed. It is a very cool for both our internal teams and customers. I am convincing my entire company to start using it. Also I am impressed by its seamless integration with other tools.
Cons
It does not have a proper demo but it would be helpful to have a demo integrated with Jira.
