“easy customization”
Pros
The product stands out for how customizable it is and the support team is always ready to help. Browsing it is very easy for us and the interface is simple which makes daily use much more pleasant.
Cons
We did run into some performance issues with the tool. It may have been related to server limitations but the difficulties were definitely there.

What pleased me most was the way it brings stock information together through strong integration, clear organization and well-organized visualization in a single dashboard which allows better analysis when making important decisions that impact the supply chain.
Cons
One downside is that the databases are only updated the following day.

“ERP integration that saves time”
Pros
The convenience and integration with our ERP have made a big difference since we no longer need to manually enter transfers, purchase orders, or production orders. Everything is generated automatically through WA.
Cons
Up to now, there really hasn't been anything I disliked. All of the options have worked very well for our daily routines.

Pros
An excellent tool for managing inventory and the restocking process especially when dealing with a large variety of points of sale.
Cons
An improvement I'd suggest would be adding a way to align demand with the plant's production capacity so the production process in plants and purchasing could be automated.
