“Cannot trust them at all

Pros

They offer a free trial but still charge us anyway. Does not make any sense.

Cons

Their communication and support are awful. When we email them it is really hard to get a response.

“Bad UI and worse UX

There are no positives for this product. It is poorly designed and the customer service is simply the worst I have ever come across.

Cons

The product is like using templates from the 90s. Really bad. We did the trial and because the designs were so poor, we decided not to continue yet they still charged our card. They promised a full refund when we contacted them in February since they should not have charged us, but a month later we still have not gotten it. When we asked they just said, It is in the queue. Poor customer service and highly unethical. Avoid this company as they are dishonest, untrustworthy and their product is terrible.

“All hype, no follow-through

Pros

It is easy to use but the software does not have many features to offer which we were looking for.

Cons

There are too many bugs, missing features and basic things like videos and slideshows are absent. They boast about AI but it is totally overhyped. Also the designs are simple and repetitive. I find their social media advertising fake and misleading too.
