“Easy to use interface
Pros
AdCritter really helped us with A/B testing. And we saw noticeable improvements in our ads right from the very first sales.
Cons
So far we have not noticed any issues. Overall I really appreciate the improvements made.

“works well for managing our campaigns
Pros
Running campaigns on this platform is pretty simple. Like we don't even need a whole operations team as anyone can launch campaigns, track results and get insights which is pretty awesome.
Cons
The platform is good overall but the interface feels outdated which I don't like.

“One of the best ad tools out there
Pros
What sets AdCritter apart is its targeting options. It lets us run TV ads, internet ads and digital billboards all in one place. We can zero in on our audience with hyper local geo-targeting and filters like age, gender, income and demographics. Plus the platform provides detailed reports and analytics so you can see which campaigns are killing it. These reports cover everything from views and clicks to spend and click-through rate which gives us a full picture of your ad performance. Also creating campaigns is fast and easy with lots of templates for TV, internet or billboard ads which is perfect for beginners or companies without dedicated marketers. You can even track ad performance by adding AdCritter's tracking code to your website. Best part is that the first month is free so you get a good chance to try it out before committing.
Cons
Internet ad performance might take a hit since many people use AdBlockers and unfortunately AdCritter does not have a workaround for that. Also unlike other platforms, the reports come as Excel files instead of PDFs which some might find inconvenient. And if your team has over 200 users, scaling can be a problem. However I must say the user interface is quite basic so power users might find it missing some advanced features.

“Definitely not worth the money
Pros
One of the best things about AdCritter is how easy they make it to upload our ad creatives and start digital campaigns without hassle.
Cons
I was really let down by how the platform actually performed. I ran location based internet ads and set the location to my colleague's home where only two people live. It claimed nearly 24,000 unique viewers saw the ads but my colleague never saw any. I reached out twice and was told everything looked fine on their end with no help offered. Even worse I scheduled a call with their CEO who did not show up and did not respond later. It felt ironic since he was eager to pitch the platform weeks before. Beyond that campaign data on the dashboard did not match traffic from other sources. Overall it felt like a waste of money on a tool that claims industry level refinement but failed to deliver results or support. My advice is that if you want location-based ads, find a vendor who offers dedicated support or managed services to ensure accountability.

“Pretty promising but not quite there yet
Pros
AdCritter breaks you free from the usual Facebook and Google Ads grind. They offer a free 30 day trial then the subscription is $150 a month. Honestly it is worth it because you avoid things like Facebook jail and other time consuming issues. Like other platforms it helps us pick our target audience or uses AI to find the right fit. The ad costs are reasonable and comparable to Facebook with similar results. And when I ran into an issue, the vice president personally reached out to help which surprised me. They even added a new metric so I could better track if my ads were actually showing.
Cons
Choosing the audience was overwhelming for me. I am no marketing pro but the targeting options confused me. Even worse I picked a specific segment that worked well for my product but the ad agencies refused to run my ads because the target was too narrow. Plus it took weeks before I figured out why my ads were not running.

“Great mix of good service and usability
Pros
Compared to other programmatic ad platforms this one is fairly easy to use and offers great value and flexibility. Also the onboarding and customer support even for do it yourself users is simply amazing. Targeting features are great too and they provide easy to customize templates or even build ads for us at no extra cost. We saw results from day one and unlike other ad managers, it is really simple to set up and manage multiple A/B tests, swap creatives and toggle campaigns on or off.
Cons
Right now you can only use static images of one size. I wish they'd support gifs, videos and more sizes. Though I know they are working on it.

“Works fine
Pros
AdCritter platform felt very user friendly to me and it has all the usual metrics you'd need to track your campaign's touches.
Cons
The budgeting and tracking feel unclear at best. If you are not watching closely, they will keep charging you automatically. Plus I got double charged more than once and although it was fixed, I had to stop using them since we are scaling up and I can't keep worrying about unexpected charges.

“really impressed with the support
Pros
Having worked in display and retargeting ads for years I wanted to try native ads to tap into new markets. AdCritter really impressed me with how well it performed and how low my cost per click was. Plus the support team is also the best which matters a lot to me.
Cons
It would be great if it let us add our company logo to ads that seems like a no brainer to me.

“Fit my needs perfectly
Pros
I am a fan of their library of pre made ads because I can quickly tweak them to fit my restaurant's vibe. And the automated ad targeting saves me time by finding likely customers without me having to constantly adjust settings.
Cons
Well I wish my ads did not take more than a day to get approved and go live on websites.
