The design team is highly responsive and helpful and the websites look fantastic and perform even better than we expected.

Pros

Working with our reps from AgentFire to build The Young Team's new website was such a pleasure. From the start, they took a thoughtful and collaborative approach, carefully considering our pain points and aligning with us on the desired look, feel and user experience. The whole process was smooth and they were responsive, accommodating changes even after launch. Their creative, solution oriented approach to fine tuning layouts made the process easy and exciting.

Cons

One area for improvement would be better visibility into the project timeline. At times, I had to refer back to old emails to track due dates or understand the project's progress. Towards the end, the feedback cycle felt more reactive than I would prefer. A centralized place to view the progress, see which pages were ready for review and which were still in development would have been helpful. Also I wasn't aware that the platform is built on an outdated version of WordPress. While the support team was excellent at finding creative workarounds, the older infrastructure limits some customization options specially with landing pages. Knowing this beforehand might have led to a more cautious decision on my part.

The websites are visually appealing, with lots of functionality on the back end. The support is Excellent.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to reach a support rep, with limited hours available on the West Coast.

They over-delivered in ways that are rare these days. Thanks to the entire team for delivering such a great product and for continually rolling out valuable new features.

We had an excellent experience working with them on our website redesign. With a tight deadline of 1.5 months, they exceeded our expectations. They expedited the process without compromising quality, delivering a stunning, fast, SEO optimized site. The finished product is user friendly and aligns perfectly with our brand. Our project lead, was particularly great at keeping us on track and ensuring deadlines were met. Highly recommend!

We used it for an unconventional purpose, which presented some challenges but overall, they performed well. What they did for us could certainly benefit other brokerages.

Pros

Costa worked closely with me to create my ideal, personalized website. He was always quick to reply to my emails and promptly made any changes I requested. I also love all the integrations it offers, allowing me to fully customize the experience.

Cons

I wish there was a one time fee for website creation rather than having to pay monthly for upkeep.
