I love how easy it is to schedule our social media posts but I think Agora could improve its AI features.

I use Agorapulse multiple times a day for various tasks. A huge benefit is being able to manage all the social platforms I handle like replying to comments, checking the listening tab, uploading content and reviewing stats. I also appreciate their excellent customer support, who are always quick to respond. That really makes it stand out.

Cons

Well I have been using Agora for quite a long time and it is hard for me to pinpoint something I dislike. Also it can be a bit slow to load sometimes and I occasionally face small issues.

The community management features are great and very simple with all platforms accessible in one place. Plus I find the report metrics spot on and easy to interpret.

I feel like community management for TikTok could definitely use some improvement. Also I cannot access direct messages or all comments through it.

Agorapulse's scheduling tool is super simple to use. Also it allows me to quickly plan and schedule posts for all our social media platforms. The calendar view is a huge time saver and the ability to bulk upload content has really improved our workflow.

Honestly it is hard to find major issues. The only minor problem we have had is a slight delay in real time notifications every now and then, but it does not really slow us down.

When I last used the service not all social media platforms were supported. This could be an issue for brands that rely on more niche or specialized distribution channels. Though their web platform is solid but I found their mobile app to be a bit buggy and not as user friendly as I expected.

Despite being a professional tool it is very simple, user-friendly and uncluttered. The features are well rounded and I did not face any issues with scheduling posts as they were always on time. Also I can track comments and messages directly on the platform and the stats are easy to read. Plus it offers so many features that make managing our social profiles a simple task. Definitely a tool worth testing.
