“Support was on point

Pros

The best thing about It for me is hands down the support team. They always explain things in a way that's easy to understand and get back to me with exactly what I need. I've had a really great experience working with team and also got awesome help from customer support. Really appreciate how helpful and clear they are.

Cons

I haven't really run into many issues! Whenever I needed help, I was able to get it without any hassle. So honestly no major complaints from my side.

Pros

The features cover pretty much everything I need and the service team is always super patient with me. They really take the time to understand what I'm looking for and help me out without making me feel rushed.

It's a little complicated at first just because there are so many functions packed in. You kind of have to take your time and get used to everything slowly.

It has become our go-to platform for managing everything, membership plans, form building and email marketing. We've basically replaced all the other third-party tools with this one app. And their support team is seriously amazing!

Cons

Form injection into Shopify was pretty easy which I liked. But I do wish there were more customization options, it feels a little limited in that area.

It's a solid product with a full set of features and their support team is always really helpful. I've had nothing but good experiences whenever I needed a hand.

This all-in-one app really helps us boost our conversion rate and bring in more sales. They're always adding new features and improving the existing ones which keeps making the app even better.

Because of a few limitations on my end, I'm not able to use all the features or reach the full quota for email marketing but I still end up paying for the full plan which feels off.

It has been a huge help for my online business. It's not just an app, it's like a full-blown marketing solution that's helped me grow in a big way. I don't have a tech background but setting up and running campaigns was easy. Plus their support team is amazing and super responsive and helpful. I totally recommend It if you run an e-commerce store.

It comes with a ton of features and honestly, learning how to use everything takes time and effort. It's powerful but definitely not plug-and-play.

I really enjoy using the loyalty program and email marketing features. They're simplw and user-friendly which makes my life easier.

I kinda wish there were more tools to help drive traffic. It does a lot already but more traffic-focused features would be a nice bonus.

There are so many features packed into this one app, it's kinda wild. And I can tell they're just going to keep improving it which is exciting.

I haven't found anything negative yet. Every time I added a new feature to my setup they gave me detailed help even live video chats to go through things. Their response time is very fast which I really appreciate.

Pros

This tool seriously does it all from customer loyalty to affiliate programs, plus banners that connect right to analytics and sales tracking. It's been very useful for streamlining everything in one place.

Cons

The only thing I'd change is the affiliate program payout method. I wish they didn't only use PayPal, another option would be great.

I mostly use it for email marketing, reviews and the loyalty program. All three work great and are very easy to manage.

We've been using It for almost three years now! It has literally every marketing function we could ask for. When you look at everything included in the plan, the pricing is honestly a steal. And I can't say enough good things about their support team, they've always been responsive and know exactly how to help. Huge shoutout to them! Seriously can't recommend this app enough!

I haven't had any issues with It. It's packed with features, so there's definitely a learning curve but the support is so good that I never felt stuck or frustrated.
