Pros

Love how it works across different industries

Pros

User-friendly interface

Pros

For me, the best thing about It is how easy it is to use and set up. I've used a lot of business software and this one was simple to integrate with everything else.

Cons

Customer support was sometimes unresponsive. I either couldn't connect or the line kept dropping which was frustrating. I think they could improve on that.

Friendly tools with a clear, helpful UI

Pros

It is a strong tool for managing marketing. It gives you a centralized place to manage things, partner integrations, data-driven insights, automation and local customization.

Cons

Nothing so far but I do think the cost might be a problem for some people.

Poor customer service experience

Pros

There is nothing that I particularly like about it.

Cons

They refused to make any changes to our campaigns even when they had the wrong phone number and website URL for our business. Plus they bill us without giving us a chance to review or edit the campaigns before they go live and we cannot make edits afterward. This has resulted in no value for our prepaid campaigns.

Decent but not exceptional

Pros

It is easy to use and I really like how the team took care of most of the setup for us. Our representative is excellent and always quick to respond.

Cons

Well it feels very basic for this type of technology. Also I dislike having to go through a long list of options just to make a simple change on one window.

Excellent for managing social media and marketing automation

Pros

Setting up automation was way too simple as just a few clicks and we were done.

Cons

It is more expensive than other platforms. So I feel like they should consider lowering the price or offering a lighter plan for individuals.

User-friendly platform

Pros

It has streamlined my interactions with support. And now I can easily access and review our conversation history, solutions and follow-ups. A quick search for "SproutLoud" brought up the article instantly. Overall it made contacting support and getting fast answers much easier while keeping me updated on my request status.

Cons

One of the businesses we are working with is not fully using the tool's capabilities. Also it would be helpful to have more detailed financial data. It looks like it offers these features but they are being overlooked.

Simplified getting products and help

Pros

I feel confident that whenever I have a question or need help, there is always someone available to assist me. Also I love that the conversation shifts to email so I can get updates and have my issues addressed and resolved promptly.

Cons

It is not very visually appealing. The email section especially when I have a ticket open for help can be hard to read at times. However replying is easy with the respond above this line prompt. But it is just not the most attractive design haha.
