“Works well for MI dashboards”
Pros
The system is very user friendly and simple to use. Even those without programming knowledge can create dashboards quickly without any problem.
Cons
At the moment it only works with the data stored in the FastStats system but I know that's going to change soon. Even though this could be seen as a limitation I actually see it as a positive thing since adding data and structuring it for Orbit is pretty simple.

It is flexible, easy to customize and staff can be trained on it with very little effort which I like the most.
Cons

Using Apteco Orbit is pretty simple and in no time you can create impressive dashboards that look great and work powerfully. Plus I find sharing them across the organization is also simple.
Cons
I feel like the date filter options could definitely be broadened to match what's available in FastStats.

Setting it up with the rest of the Apteco suite was simple and I like the fact that everything works together well.
Cons
The team we set Orbit up for has had no difficulties at all. They are very happy with it so there are no issues to report right now.

My team didn't struggle at all with installation or setup. They find the tool easy and simple to use, so they work on it independently without much support. The visuals I have seen in Orbit stand out and Apteco's instructions are always clear. Their support team is also extremely responsive which as a support manager gives me peace of mind. And compared to other vendors, their service is far superior and they also listen to user feedback and keep improving the product based on it.
Cons
From the feedback we have received, the product is still fairly new so it's not as complete as other Apteco tools like FastStats. That said it is heading in the right direction and should become an excellent tool as it develops further.

“Super simple to get hang of”
Pros
Orbit is an excellent addition to Apteco's range. What I like most is how it makes data easy to understand for non technical users. They keep updating it and even if something is not there right away, they take suggestions seriously and often deliver improvements. The fact that reports and dashboards can be viewed without needing a license is a huge plus since anyone in the business can access the insights.
Cons
I feel there are still a few missing features here that you can do directly in FastStats. Mapping for example needs more work. Though it is a great visualization tool but needs options like shading at different levels such as postcode district or sector.

“Everything about it is good!”
Pros
What first drew us to Orbit was how easy it is to build and view dashboards in real time. After gathering team requirements, we created dashboards to track supporter behavior and giving patterns across campaigns and channels something we never had before. In less than a year we built over 50 dashboards and the feedback has been amazing. Teams now use simple filters and drilldowns to get insights and they love that real time, visual dashboards have replaced their old manual reports, helping them make better decisions.
Cons
One limitation is the number of tiles and calculations allowed. I think it would be really useful to add things like targets and costs that are not stored in the CRM.
