Pros

I appreciate the ability to advertise my brand and integrate sports content seamlessly.

Cons

I have had issues with customer service because the company shut down and now I can't get support when their service is failing. However I am still stuck paying for it.

The selection of videos is decent and there are a few channels to choose from. The streaming quality is plentiful and the platform is easy to use.

There are too many political ads and some videos repeat too often.

Despite being a bit technically challenged, I found it incredibly easy to set up and had no issues getting started.

We like everything about it. It was easy to set up, easy to use and integrates well with local cable. No cons to mention.

It is very easy to use and set up. In fact there is almost no setup required, just plug it in and it works. The content is updated regularly and there is a great selection of channels depending on the mood.

Cons

It sometimes freezes but it is not often enough to be a real nuisance specially considering it runs 24/7.

It's not accessible via multiple devices in multiple locations, which can be a limitation.

We have been using Atmosphere TV at our brewery and our customers love the added feature! There is so much content that we can switch it up daily, keeping things fresh. It encourages guests to stay longer, which is great for business. It is easy to set up and navigate.

There are occasional glitches with Apple TV. It is a minor inconvenience but I don't like having to restart the device.

All of my customers love Atmosphere TV. We have been using it since the beginning and it offers a collection of fun and random internet clips. The best part is that it's completely free for restaurant owners!

I have noticed that there are more commercials now than before. It was ad free at first but now they are becoming more frequent.

The content creates a great atmosphere for my customers. It even keeps them entertained and distracted while they are waiting for their vehicle to be serviced, which often makes them stay longer. I have seen employees laughing or commenting on what's playing.

Cons

Sometimes the loop ends and the screen goes black. This happens 2 to 3 times a week when I come in.

We are a large rural cafe in South Australia and we have been using Atmosphere TV for almost two years. The kids and their parents really enjoy the content. We had parents tell us it's a great distraction for their children and allows them to enjoy a family meal out.

It struggles to connect some mornings but after a few tries, it works fine.

We were looking for content to stream in our venue that would keep customers engaged and entertained and Atmosphere has been the perfect solution. With 12 diverse channels, the platform offers a wide range of content that suits our club's varied audience. The best part is that the content is regularly updated so we are never repeating the same videos. Also the ability to stream this content across multiple screens via our IPTV system helps create a seamless viewing experience throughout the venue.

I have very little to complain about. The system worked well right out of the box.

“Using this for in-store entertainment

The atmosphere this product creates in my liquor store is fantastic. While I believe it was initially designed for bars to keep customers engaged, it works even better in my store. It captures their attention, encouraging them to stay longer and providing something fun to talk about. I love how it keeps people smiling and it's great to see them glance up at the TV as soon as they enter the store.

Cons

The only downside is seeing the same videos repeatedly. But I understand there's only so much content available.

I love that I can play my own commercials and customize each location separately.

Setting up the system at my airport location was challenging due to a landing page for the WiFi that did not work well with this device.

Pros

This has been a great way for our patients to pass the time during long waiting periods before seeing their doctor. I keep the channel running, shuffling between all the Atmosphere channels and patients really enjoy it. It sets us apart from the competition as many other doctors' waiting rooms are dull and offer no entertainment. To make the experience even better, I also added a 70" TV, something that is not commonly seen in a doctor's office waiting room. We have turned the wait into an enjoyable entertainment experience for our patients.

Cons

No complaints so far. Everything has been great and I am not easy to please!
