Doing alright but there is room for improvement

Pros

It is amazing how it helps us automate our marketing efforts. And by managing SMS and email communications, it has really helped us grow. Plus the AI it has is proven to be simply the best.

Cons

It is growing quickly and offers a wide range of products which at times make things a bit more complicated for us to navigate.

Number one in the industry

Pros

Attentive software is pretty easy to use and it gave our team all the data we needed to send SMS marketing messages. We could also segment our audience perfectly and track the KPIs that mattered most to us.

Cons

There is no major issues I come across except that it is a bit pricier compared to some of its competitors.

It's been useful for my business in some ways

Pros

I really liked the automated cart reminders and the text alerts. Also the text blasts were pretty great too.

Cons

Well I was not happy with the pricing and the landing page for signing up for text alerts was frustrating. Plus it would ot complete the sign-up process if customers clicked from Facebook.

Excellent value, packed with unique features

Pros

Attentive is a great product packed with amazing features. Plus the audio message function is something we really love.

Cons

An essential component of our marketing strategy

Pros

The ease of use, the lightning fast customer service and how frequently they launch new products is what makes me a fan of Attentive.

Cons

Some of the newer features could not be integrated without hiring a developer on our end. And since we do not have an in house developer, this added unexpected costs. Also I was not too impressed with the email platform compared to Klaviyo which we have been using for over 10 years.

No regrets, it's totally worth it

Pros

I must say the Attentive team is truly attentive. They have been with me every step of the onboarding process and have been very helpful when I had questions. The platform works smoothly and we have seen great results. Plus I really like that we are only charged for the messages we have sent, not the minimum charge. Oh and the signup units were amazing too as they have been incredibly effective. Also ee saw a huge increase in sign-ups compared to our old system. Couldn no be happier!

Cons

A few times I ran into issues with not being able to delete campaigns. Also the dropdown menu for choosing a send time is a bit awkward. Just some small complaints.

Perfect for reaching and engaging future customers

Pros

The ability to reach potential buyers and re-engage with current customers right where they spend most of their time on their phones is simply fantastic.

Cons

Great tool for SMS marketing

Pros

One thing I like about it is that its designing and sending messages with it are pretty simple.

Cons

One of the good SMS providers around

Pros

The ease of use and functionality of Attentive for our growing company is key. Also it is not just a software but it feels like a true partner. Plus it has been instrumental in helping us grow our lists with impactful initiatives.

Cons

Only downside we have faced is not being able to integrate some new services due to limited web integrations. Also it would be ideal if these integrations were ready to go out of the box but instead we have had to spend a lot of time developing them on our side.

Salespeople tend to be a bit too aggressive

Pros

Honestly none. But their salespeople tend to be overly persistent, even pushing customers to the point where people leave negative reviews just to get them to stop.

Cons

The salespeople are really pushy and keep spamming our company emails. Even though we have asked them to stop emailing us but they persist. Though we never signed up for their lists but we keep getting these emails.

Nice but expensive

Pros

I was happy with the software's performance but the pricing structure for both month to month plans and long term agreements did not quite make sense to me.

Cons

One thing I did not like is being required to sign long term agreements to get a good price. Also some of the sales presentations listed carrier charges in small gray text which made it harder to understand the full cost per SMS.

Packed with great features

Pros

The most helpful features are how easy it is to set up campaigns and the reporting tool which lets us measure our performance. Plus the analytics dashboard is also the best.

Cons

Some of the journey and campaign editing features are a bit confusing to me.

The best pick for SMS marketing

Pros

The setup was a simple task. Plus Attentive's White Glove service was exceptional. We were up and running just a few days after starting their free trial. Also the ROI was clear right away and they continue to meet with us to help optimize our campaigns. Their advice is always spot on.

Cons

I think it would be nice to have more options for in text customizations beyond just adding the customer's name or product name.

Ideal for increasing user participation

Pros

Attentive has really helped us collect user emails and phone numbers quickly, leading to better engagement. Plus their white glove services are also a big help with design and problem solving.

Cons

We have noticed that it reports higher conversion rates and ecommerce values than Google Analytics but we have created our own reporting dashboards to get a clearer picture of the actual value.

Very satisfied with my decision to choose it

Pros

The personal touch they offer is what really sets Attentive apart. From Day 1 I have had a dedicated account manager who not only helped me get started but also ensures I am keeping up with platform updates and offers suggestions for future campaigns.

Cons

There is not much to dislike. If I had to choose one thing, it would be the lack of control over managing our own subscriber database. When we get CCPA related requests from customers, it would be much easier to manually manage our contacts instead of having to go through their white glove team.
