“reliable support for outreach”
Pros
Running a nonprofit means we have to keep our database current with ongoing events and promotions and AvidMobile has been excellent for that especially when it comes to the support they provide.
Cons
Honestly nothing specific comes to mind. We ran into a few user mistakes here and there but that was more about the person using it than any issue with the software.

“Well-designed app with strong engagement”
Pros
Right from the start, the app has felt well organized and simple to navigate. Features like Coupons have been really valuable and since early 2018 they seem to have kept adding useful enhancements. Their support team has also been excellent, offering solid training and helpful assistance whenever needed. As a non-profit these tools have helped us connect with our audience better and increase engagement at our events. We've been very pleased with the results so far.
Cons
The app works well overall but there are still a few areas where certain features could be improved. From what we've been told, they're currently working on adding RCS messaging along with expanded messaging functionality.

“crashes, glitches and no support”
Pros
There really isn't anything positive I can point to.
Cons
On paper this platform seems like it should have a lot going for it but that was not my experience at all. It crashed at least three separate times: once during a presentation to a realtor, again while I was presenting to a Leads Networking Group and then a third time in front of another group. Needless to say, those failures cost me sales. The first explanation I got was basically nonsense something about a foreign word being entered into the system and causing a backup. To make it worse, this happened on a Friday night and since AvidMobile is based in Kansas City, their support is done after 5:00 pm on Fridays. If you're on the West Coast, that leaves you completely stuck. The system did not come back until Monday morning. When I spoke with Rob C. in sales, the answer he gave me was weak and it did not even line up with what Tech Support had already told me earlier that day. Then a shortcode went down which is a serious problem because everyone using that code is basically dead in the water until it is restored. At first, the rep ignored my texts and when I finally did get him on the phone, he came across as arrogant and condescending. I'm honestly relieved to be on a different platform now. Between the repeated crashes and constant glitches, my business was basically put on hold. Imagine being out in the field, giving eight presentations and having the technology fail three of those times.

“Constant outages and poor support”
Pros
Nothing.
Cons
This product has been terrible to deal with. The customer service is bad, the leadership team comes across as rude and unethical and the features are very lacking. On top of that, the service goes down regularly.
