“A fantastic tool to keep teams on track and aligned
Pros
It's a great tool for keeping track of issues that may not always be at the forefront of your mind. Meetings are well structured with features like to dos and issues that keep everyone aligned. The platform is easy to use and navigate and it lets you add personal tiles to your page that aren't tied to team meetings.
Cons
I wish there was a bit more customization available like being able to change the frequency of meetings or adjust the date ranges. I have also noticed a few glitches in the metrics table now and then.

“Efficiently manage meetings and track your goals
Pros
I really appreciated the value that Bloom Growth added in terms of scheduling, agendas and running meetings. I also liked the ability to track progress on goals and how these goals were continuously discussed and measured in meetings through Bloom Growth.
Cons
I feel like Bloom Growth might be trying to do too much all at once. If they could focus more on one or two key features and really promote those, I think it would be more beneficial for users.

“Limited in scope, not a performance tool
Pros
Bloom is an excellent tool for tracking goals (or rocks) and managing meetings. It helps keep teams on track to meet individual, team and company goals while providing structure to meetings.
Cons
While the tool is great for organizing meetings and tracking goals, the reporting structure could use improvement. The quarterly 1:1s and performance reviews section doesn't really work well. There are a lot of issues with goals not populating correctly and there's not much customization available. I also think it would be useful to turn quarterly reviews into annual performance reviews, but the team said the platform wasn't designed for that, which is a big gap in their offering.

“The best software for managing meetings
Pros
It's incredibly easy to use, the uptime is very reliable and the customer service is the best I've ever experienced.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike about it. It's been an easy tool for us to use daily and we really appreciate it.

“Truly a game changer
Pros
I love how easy it is to assign and manage tasks across the company in one platform. Running and tracking L10 meetings in one place has completely eliminated the issue of lost meeting notes and the consistency of the L10 meeting format has made unproductive and off-track meetings a thing of the past.
Cons
The rocks and scorecards features can be a little temperamental at times specially when archiving or showing up in places they shouldn't. There are some areas that could be more user-friendly but the customer service is top-notch and they usually solve problems quickly.

“Traction accumulated easily
Pros
I've really enjoyed knowing what our company's core goals and focus are and having a format to share and grow these weekly. The platform makes it easy to set and track goals week after week.
Cons
The only downside for us is that we use a different CRM so we don't have everything in one place. It would be great if the software integrated with our current system.

“Helps the team stay on track
Pros
It's a great software for weekly meetings and keeping everyone on track. It also provides great visibility across the team.
Cons
Some parts of the setup can be a bit tricky. The platform could be more intuitive like when setting it up for each team.

“The perfect tool created with Traction in mind
Pros
If your company follows the Traction model, this tool is built specifically to stay true to that. Meetings run smoothly and efficiently. Tracking team member progress is simple and clear. Setting up coaching, evaluations and reviews is simple. The key here is ease of use.
Cons
Sometimes, entering tasks, rocks and goals feels messier than expected but I think it's more about user error than anything wrong with the software itself.

“A must-have tool for Traction / EOS users
Pros
This tool is specifically designed for companies that have implemented Traction. Running L10 meetings is simple and all of the key components (Issues, Weekly Scorecard, Headlines, To Do's, Rocks and Milestones) are captured in one place eliminating the need for multiple tools or pen and paper. Users receive daily emails with a list of upcoming tasks and the dashboard is fully customizable. You can access meetings to add issues, review past meeting details and more. Plus, you can even create an issue from your smartphone! It helps teams stay on track for their L10, keeps everything in one place and lets you rate the meetings. Setting up Quarterly Conversations is easy too, with managers able to send invites, capture feedback and generate readable reports. Each user's accountability and role are also captured. Other features include video conferencing and the ability to create an Accountability Chart.
Cons
There were times when the website froze specially when creating action items or issues. In those cases, the meeting facilitator would have to reopen the site in a new tab to get back to the L10. The Knowledgebase is a bit limited but support is pretty responsive via email.

“Excellent for start up companies
Pros
The dashboard for each user is completely customizable, so different departments can focus on the "rocks" that are relevant to them. You can track your own progress while also seeing your teams. My favorite feature is the team meeting option, which lets both remote and in office team members meet virtually and share the presenter's screen. It's a great tool for keeping everyone on the same page especially for startups and emerging companies.
Cons
It takes a bit of time to get used to since the vocabulary is different from what a lot of people are used to. Some users might think it's not necessary, mainly because they feel left out. Also keep in mind that you'll need a solid internet connection with good bandwidth to run the program smoothly.
