Cons

Pros
BotSpice makes building multilingual bots simple thanks to its easy to use interface. The best thing about it is that even people without much technical knowledge can access and use it comfortably.
Cons
For smaller startups and businesses, the cost I feel like is on the higher side and feels overpriced.

For me BotSpice stands out because it's user friendly, lets us integrate with our preferred messaging platform, supports collaboration and offers plenty of useful features.
Cons
At times it seems to lag a little when I am building out flows which can slow things down.
