Pros
Everything worked really well on both sides of the platform, for admins and users alike. With tools like this, it's usually common for one side to feel refined while the other feels neglected but that wasn't the case here.
Cons
I'd love to see more AI built in to handle some of the more repetitive tasks especially things like approving activities.

Having everything centralized makes a huge difference for a growing company. It's been an indispensable platform for us and continues to deliver strong results consistently.
Cons
Because it is such a powerful and feature-rich platform, there's definitely a learning curve. It takes time to get comfortable with it and become proficient at building a community that actively engages with the platform.

“Outstanding team and simple platform
Pros
Working with this team has been exceptional. Our reps have been amazing partners for years, constantly bringing new ideas, following through quickly and making sure we get the most out of the platform. It truly feels like they care about our success rather than treating us like just another account. On top of that the platform is very simple to build within which makes a huge difference when managing a program at the scale we do, with roughly 3-5k creators.
Cons
As with any platform there are a few occasional limitations but the team is so responsive and focused on solutions that issues never remain unresolved for long. They consistently find a workaround or answer. If I could change one thing, I'd love to see a better way for users to organize activity types since that is probably our biggest challenge at the moment.

“BEST ambassador hub
Pros
BrandChamp has been really simple to use and I appreciate how the whole ambassador program is kept organized in one place. It makes it simple to check campaigns, submit content and keep track of progress which helps communication stay clear and participation run efficiently.
Cons
there is nothing specific that I dislike about BrandChamp. It feels like a well-managed system and the team behind it is very helpful whenever any issues come up.

“powerful affiliate campaign rewards
Pros
Having all these features in one place was a big plus especially the ones that let me build campaigns affiliates could pick from and complete. The platform really helped motivate affiliates to take on more campaigns and earn rewards which made the whole process feel more engaging and effective.
Cons
It would have been better if the platform were a bit more simple for both our team and the affiliates to use. Customer support also could be faster when it comes to responding.

“Outstanding ambassador portal

This software has been a standout for us mainly because it delivers a truly unique experience for our ambassadors something we really have not seen matched in the influencer marketing space right now. The Ambassador Portal gives our members a high level of transparency, letting them sign in whenever they want to monitor their progress, join engaging activities and receive feedback on the content they create. Overall, the platform feels very simple, with clear functionality and a user-friendly setup. Instead of concentrating on recruitment, BrandChamp really shines in helping manage ambassadors after they have already committed to the program. One of its biggest strengths is also the Points system. Unlike many other platforms that focus only on payments, BrandChamp offers both a commission-based program and a second points-based system, giving ambassadors the option to earn rewards points, save them up and redeem free products through a smooth Shopify integration.
Cons
BrandChamp delivers excellent value for the price but there are still a few features we would really like to see added down the line. Compared with similar platforms, it currently lacks social analytics tracking which is something we see as essential for measuring campaign performance, audience reach and the success of the overall program. It would also be extremely useful during the application process to help us evaluate the authenticity and potential reach of applicants before accepting them. Another area that could use improvement is team communication. Right now, outside of email, there are no additional communication options like push notifications or bulletin-board-style announcements for either one-on-one or group messaging. That can make things difficult when something urgent comes up and time matters. Aside from those gaps, the platform has integrated very well with our Shopify site. We have also seen the BrandChamp team respond quickly to feedback and make updates that immediately improve both the admin side and the ambassador experience.
