Pros

A lot of my interactive designs have complicated carousels, click-to-reveals, navigation, menus, etc. These used to be very tricky but Ceros makes it so much easier to build detailed interactions. The tools are laid out in a way that you always know what each button does and how it will interact with other elements. It can be a bit tedious but it's way better than learning code and dealing with HTML. Plus It has a great selection of templates to work from and they're really responsive to user feedback. I've had many of my suggestions implemented after using the platform for over 3 years.

Cons

The lack of functionality for quizzes and assessments is disappointing. I mean, I'm talking about simple assets where you're asked a question, select an answer (maybe multiple choice), and at the end, it puts you in a specific category. I've talked to a lot of Ceros reps about creating quizzes, and while it's technically possible, it's really complicated and the metrics output isn't great. The analytics you get from any experience aren't very impressive either. It displays nice visuals but when it's time to pass the data to a client or anyone outside of the platform, the CSV files are messy and hard to read. I wish we could export the graphs and visuals directly from the backend.
