“Always improving and getting better
Pros
I can design beautiful, interactive web pages through Ceros and the best part is that it's almost fully customizable. I love the flexibility of the platform and you don't need any coding experience to get started. We made a stunning digital annual report for our organization and for the first time, it actually generated online donations.
Cons
It can be glitchy and picky at times. It's harder for servers to load which slows down the load time for the end user and can lead to drop-offs. As a designer, I didn't find it too hard to learn the platform but I think it would be a challenge for someone with no design experience to fully take advantage of all the features.

“Fast & simple to set up
Pros
We use It to quickly build marketing landing pages which we use both on our website and in our email campaigns.
Cons
We've had some issues integrating Ceros pages with other analytics tools. Since It doesn't allow for whitelisting, a few pages got blocked when we tried to integrate them into other applications.

“Powerful and reliable
Pros
It is simple to use especially for creating complex animations. It's also really easy to integrate with the web platform we use. The templates and example inspirations give you so many options for your designs.
Cons
One thing I think could be improved is the organization of experiences. When you're creating a lot of different projects with multiple experiences, it would be nice to have the option to organize them into folders and subfolders for better management.

“Huge thumbs up for customer service
Pros
The integration process with our current workflows is very easy and interactive for designers. The desktop layout is clear and familiar. I love the replace feature and all the cool animations and interactions you can use. The customer support team is amazing also they're friendly, quick to respond and make sure you're never stuck. You can't go wrong with this software.
Cons
I don't really find anything too difficult when using this platform.

It is a fantastic tool for creating interactive content. It lets you design eye-catching, professional content that's perfect for sharing on social media. It has loads of templates and elements that are super helpful. Plus their customer support is always proactive and empathetic.
Cons
It has worked really well for me and whenever I've had any questions, no matter how small their customer service has been quick to help me out.

“Great functionality but lacks pro service backup
Pros
The software is hard to use and complex but it gets the job done really well. The team is always improving it with constant updates.
Cons
The product is complex and requires heavy training or professional services to fully deliver on its potential. The business model is geared toward software licensing and the services are pretty expensive.

“Interactive designer's perfect tool
Pros
It lets me create beautiful things for the web without needing to know code! It works perfectly with Adobe products and they keep making improvements to the platform.
Cons
Any features I wish It had, I've shared with our account rep who passes them along to their development team as a kind of wish-list. They've actually acted on many of these ideas and continue to improve and add new features.

“Lifesaver for creating interactive content
Pros
There's so much you can create with It from quizzes and dynamic content to infographics and microsites. The back-end analytics are fantastic too.
Cons
Building with It really needs to be done by in-house designers or their dedicated support team (who are awesome). It's not a tool you can just pick up and immediately run with.

“simple tool to make content
Pros
We've just started using this tool but it's very easy to pick up and start creating content. The navigation and tools feel just like most other design tools and there are simple controls for content animations and interactions.
Cons
I won't lie, it feels expensive but when we compared it to what we'd spend elsewhere to get similar content created, it made a lot more sense. They offer a lot of examples but not all of them let you copy the source files (which would be really nice). Most are just visual inspiration.

“Top-notch software
Pros
It has been awesome for enhancing a lot of our content like ebooks and technical reports. It gives us a unique way to share key assets. There are endless possibilities and you can either start with a blank canvas or use a template. If you're familiar with Adobe, transitioning is pretty smooth though you'll need to learn about animations and web options to optimize for visitors. The analytics section is great and the customer service has been excellent. Regular check-ins, tutorials and access to their team help a lot with the trickier parts of the tool. The Pro features include white labeling and dedicated URL handling which is a huge plus.
Cons
If you're new to Adobe, it can be tough to learn and there's an investment involved. But for organizations that focus on content marketing, it's a fantastic tool to have.

“So simple to use
Pros
It has so many interactions and templates that it's easy to create almost any kind of project.
Cons
It can get a little complicated with all the design work. As a beginner it's easy to get lost but once you get the hang of it, there are so many more opportunities to explore.

“Easy to handle with unlimited options
Pros
It is SO EASY to use. It's been my secret weapon for three years now especially when I need to make a project stand out.
Cons
The worst things about Ceros are that experiences crash if left untouched for a while, there are lots of bugs and sometimes the pixels are off. I also wish there were more advanced typography settings.

“Must-have marketing tool
Pros
This tool allows us to create custom, unique, interactive experiences for our clients. We can build both proactive and reactive experiences that help showcase our offerings in the most engaging way. Detailed, creative micro-sites show our clients how much we care about their business.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about the software. The team is very open to change and always listens to feedback. They're constantly upgrading the product to meet the evolving needs of users.

“I'm a huge fan of this product
Pros
It's super easy to learn and it allows me to create high-quality content really quickly. I love the flexibility it offers, letting me bring creative ideas to life without needing any coding skills. I can create engaging, unique content that excites both internal teams and external clients. It really brings a fresh level of creativity to how we think about marketing collateral.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is that sometimes there are bugs or the studio freezes when creating really complex content with lots of layers or interactions. However the support chat in the studio is always available and they're very helpful and responsive when I run into issues.

“Perfect for interactive client work
Pros
I can create animated projects for clients without worrying about complicated coding behind the scenes. Some of the shortcuts I used a few years ago like color palettes and layers, have now become standard tools, making it way easier to set up projects.
Cons
I've been waiting over 4 years for some fine details to be added specifically rotating items by a percentage. For example, a 1/4 turn (90?) or a 10% rotation. I've found some workarounds, but there have been many times when a client wanted a clock-type motion and I couldn't exactly produce what they had in mind.
