It's quite limited in what it can do. While it's easy to use, the functionality is pretty basic. For instance you can't permanently block an IP address.

The video session recorder is a cool feature but reviewing them can get tedious. Is there a way to skip to just the important parts where the user takes action? If that feature already exists, I haven't been able to find it.
