Cons

The automation flows are very easy to use. I've set up sequences for cart recovery at 1 hour and 24 hours, reminders to repurchase products like makeup, vitamins and pet supplies, plus cross-selling between product categories. I also use browse abandonment flows for short and long follow-ups (30 minutes and 24 hours) which helps me stay on customers' minds.
Cons
Honestly it took me a little while to explore all the features and get used to the interface. It's quite difficult to use but the benefits totally outweigh the downsides.

I really like the detailed analytics because it shows clear insights into my clients' campaigns so I can optimize better. I always have options to share with my clients so they can make smart marketing choices. Overall it delivers consistent, strong results and the team's advice is always spot on.
Cons
One small thing I noticed is that I can't use a custom font I wanted directly in my emails.
