Trustworthy platform for multichannel marketing

Pros

It has really helped me handle marketing across multiple client accounts. It keeps my work organized and effective. I use a bunch of features like automation flows, push notifications, landing pages and newsletters. The second chance booster in email campaigns works really well for me.

Cons

I haven't run into any major issues so far. Both the platform and the support team have been reliable for me.

Automation that handles the full buyer process

Pros

The automation flows are very easy to use. I've set up sequences for cart recovery at 1 hour and 24 hours, reminders to repurchase products like makeup, vitamins and pet supplies, plus cross-selling between product categories. I also use browse abandonment flows for short and long follow-ups (30 minutes and 24 hours) which helps me stay on customers' minds.

Cons

Honestly it took me a little while to explore all the features and get used to the interface. It's quite difficult to use but the benefits totally outweigh the downsides.

Pros

ContactPigeon's platform has tons of features that give me flexibility when creating campaigns. I really like the detailed analytics because it shows clear insights into my clients' campaigns so I can optimize better. I always have options to share with my clients so they can make smart marketing choices. Overall it delivers consistent, strong results and the team's advice is always spot on.

Cons

One small thing I noticed is that I can't use a custom font I wanted directly in my emails.

Simplify communication and tasks

Pros

It has everything I need to connect with my audience. I mostly send emails, create landing pages for events and lately I've been trying out sign-up pop-ups. It's really easy to use and whenever I need help, the support team is quick to respond.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. I haven't tried all the features yet but I'm looking forward to using more of them.

Pros

It's a complete tool for boosting engagement and revenue. I've launched many automated flows like cart abandonment, browse abandonment, welcome emails, price drop alerts, wishlist reminders and product recommendations, all with impressive results. The push notifications keep growing steadily and pop-ups help me increase subscribers. What I love most is how helpful my account manager is.

Cons

We've had some technical issues on our end that delayed a few things, but that's not ContactPigeon's fault. Sometimes I wish cancelling scheduled campaigns was easier and the dark mode could use a bit of improvement.
