“Leading CRM tool
Pros
It is an all-in-one retention marketing platform. It connects to various channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Webpush and App which makes it super easy for me to segment users and reach them through multiple channels.
Cons
One feature that I feel is missing from the tool is advanced analytics. It would be really helpful if there were more robust analytics capabilities to dive deeper into data and track performance more effectively. I think that could make a huge difference in understanding how campaigns are performing and optimizing them better.

“Contlo streamlines customer retention
Pros
Contlo's interface is really easy to use. The segmentation tools are powerful and whenever I have a question, their support team is quick to respond. It's really simple to create effective campaigns and customer journeys.
Cons
There are a few integrations missing like with Shiprocket and some other platforms which makes it tricky for us. We often find ourselves using additional tools to handle e-commerce order and transaction communications, which could be more streamlined if those integrations were available directly in the tool.

“Top marketing tool in our experience
Pros
The best part about this tool is definitely the support they provide. Plus it's super easy to use and has a lot of options and filters to help me target the right audience.
Cons
I don't really have anything I dislike about the tool but because there are so many options, it can sometimes take a little extra time to decide which features or settings will work best for our needs.

“Best marketing solution for e-commerce
Pros
It's perfect for e-commerce marketing. I can use WhatsApp, Email, SMS and Automations to send offers and discounts on products. It's also great for generating leads especially for businesses and corporate sectors. Revlon has been using It for marketing for the past two years and it's been amazing.
Cons
We haven't encountered any major issues while using It over the past two years. It has worked well for us and we've been able to use it effectively without running into any significant problems.

With this tool, I can send product offers easily and the support team is awesome. I highly recommend it for CRM and communication channels.
Cons

“My fav tool for automation
Pros
First of all, I love that revenue is trackable. It actually works and provides all the necessary automation I need for the store whether it's via WhatsApp, email or SMS. The set-up process was very smooth and didn't take much time at all.
Cons
The WhatsApp and conversation user interface could definitely use some improvements. The media doesn't open in the most user-friendly way and it can sometimes be difficult to use.

Pros
I can manage my entire CRM team on one platform and easily track their activities. It's so convenient to have everything in one place.
Cons
Sometimes, the reports show incorrect results. While most of the features are great, these reports can be a little confusing. But I think this can be fixed and the rest of the platform works just fine.

“Simple platform for building newsletters
Pros
It makes it so easy to use templates, create newsletters smoothly and track campaign data. The whole process is simple and user-friendly which is a huge plus for me.
Cons
Setting up automations can be tricky especially since It doesn't offer a lot of customization options for things like images, page templates and views.

Pros
I absolutely love how everything I need is all in one place. It really simplifies things for me and it makes managing everything so much easier. Instead of jumping between different tools and platforms, I can access everything from a single dashboard which saves me so much time and effort.
Cons
One downside is that we can't access all the analytics we need. There are some missing pieces in the data that would help us track and improve our campaigns better.
