“Not bad at all for email stuff

Pros

I really like the drag and drop editor, the image library and the image editor. The responsive templates for mobile are very helpful. I can even create my own email templates or use the HTML editor. The countdown block with a timer, RSS/ATOM feed block, video/GIF block, calendar module and micro surveys all add so much value.

Cons

The only thing is, it's kind of expensive for what they do.

“Simple and clean tool

Pros

I recently started using It for my email marketing campaigns and honestly I'm pretty impressed. What I like most is how flexible and user-friendly it is. I was able to create and send my first email campaign just minutes after signing up. The drag-and-drop editor made designing professional emails very easy even without knowing any coding.

Cons

One thing I don't really like about It is that the templates don't have many customization options. They have some nice pre-designed ones but you can't really change much except adding your branding and content. It gets a little frustrating if you want your emails to look more unique.

I find managing my campaigns really easy and my emails always get delivered without any issues.

Cons

I wasn't able to move or merge client lists which was a big problem.

I really appreciate how It offers automated systems but still makes personalized efforts to give customers the best experience possible.

Cons

I think It has a lot of potential to grow bigger. They're doing great now but if they put more effort into reaching larger audiences, they could get more feedback and improve even more.

One great thing about It is that it's made for the Canadian market. Other services seem more focused on the US or global markets. It feels secure and reliable especially for diagnostics while staying true to Canadian standards.

Cons

What don't I like? Not much honestly. I'd always want the price to be lower but I think it's pretty fair overall.

It is very easy to use. I love how simple it is to duplicate and reuse templates and blocks which saves me a lot of time.

When your email list gets really big, it can get pretty pricey.

I think the prices are affordable compared to Sendinblue and other major email automation services. Also I like that their servers are based in Canada.

Billing is only in Canadian dollars which isn't great if you want to use a different currency.

What really sets Cyberimpact apart for me is its speed and legitimacy. It's different from other programs and that really means a lot.

Sometimes I worry about policies and privacy because your email can be used as a marketing tool without your permission and that doesn't feel right to me.

I love how easily I can create beautiful and creative emails using their templates and image editor. It has made my routine email work look way prettier!

Cons

When I moved to another country (I'd rather not say which one), I got a warning that I can't send emails from that area which was annoying.

“Good for growing your email reach

Pros

The starting prices for Cyberimpact are very reasonable. They also have a free trial, so you can test it out before paying anything. They offer alot of stats you can check out from your campaigns. Their support is top-notch and can help with any problems I run into.

Cons

Nothing really bad comes to mind right away. They keep it simple for anyone using it, so I don't really have much to dislike.
