“campaign setup is not a problem now
Pros
I really like how simple it is to set up and run campaigns. I just used one of their templates to launch a social media contest for my brand in no time.
Cons
Well I just wish there was more flexibility to customise the designs so they could match my brand's look and feel more closely. A little extra creative freedom would make a big difference.

“Too expensive for what it's used for
Pros
It used to be easier, then it got more complicated and now they have made it a bit more user-friendly again though mostly just the basic features.
Cons
Honestly I find it pretty pricey. paying �30 a month just to run giveaways on a few platforms with limited options does not feel worth it, especially when there are better alternatives out there. For example if you have a business that wants to run just one yearly contest and remove their logo, the cost jumps to �3,500. At that price you'd be better off renting a server for a year and hiring a developer to build a custom tool instead.

Pros
one of the best things about this platform is definitely the range of options for creating contests and promotions. You can choose from games, trivia, engagement mechanics and more, all customizable to fit our brand.
Cons
While the platform offers solid functionality, there's always room for improvement. For instance, expanding customization features would provide greater flexibility and better align with diverse client needs. That said, the ability to use custom code for design and functional tweaks is already a valuable asset that helps bridge those gaps.

Pros
Finding an easypromos product that fit our needs was super easy. Two of the quizzes we set up have now become a permanent hit on our website. our color quiz alone has been taken by more than 230,000 customers which is amazing. on top of that their customer service is outstanding as they are fast, friendly and always ready to help.

Pros
I love how easy it is to run giveaways and gamification campaigns. For social media contests, they ensure transparency and follow up-to-date local gDpR rules. plus they provide a validity certificate.
Cons
one thing I wish for is support for multiple entries as of right now, it's only one entry per user in giveaways.

Pros
The learning curve is pretty minor and it is simple to manage users and access analytics results.
Cons
It would be awesome if pages like the participation page were fully customizable especially when it comes to visuals. As advertising companies can be super demanding sometimes almost obsessive about design so having more control would make a huge difference.

one thing I like is that the selection of games to engage users and bring them closer to a brand is really appealing. The variety of games they offer is great too.
Cons
The interface is not very user friendly and the games don't offer much editing flexibility and the software feels outdated. Also results are not always reliable and production takes way too long.

“trusted certificates but pricing feels off
Pros
my favorite part is that they host the official contest certificate on their site, so anyone can verify the winner without any doubts.
Cons
I feel like the pricing feels a bit off-putting. They used to offer a limited free plan which was fine if you only ran giveaways once in a while as you'd get visibility from the certificate and it worked. But now that option is gone and it's harder to justify the cost.

“great social giveaways but high premium costs
Pros
For me, the ease of running giveaways on popular social networks is probably its biggest strength but it also has other perks like letting us add backup winners so we don't have to redo the draw or leave prizes unclaimed.
Cons
The rest of the product is a bit complex and some metrics don't work well at times. I have not used much beyond that so that is all I can say. plus premium giveaway pricing feels high for what you get but since we usually give away merch, it does not end up costing too much.
