The best feature is how flexible everything is as we can adjust it to meet our specific display needs perfectly. Also the design is really user-friendly, and adding it to my squarespace site was quick and hassle-free.

A few of the settings do not seem to work properly. For example I enabled autoplay on hover but the videos do not play when my mouse goes over them. so getting that feature working would be great for video previews. Also on my iphone 13, I cannot find the unmute button in the lightbox view which means videos play silently. A bit more polish on mobile responsiveness is needed but overall, the tool shows a lot of promise.

We'd been on the free plan since last year and just moved to a paid one. The upgrade was smooth and the online help we got was flawless as they even gave us tips to improve the widget's look so it matched our brand. We were all set up incredibly fast.

Honestly what would we do without this app? It lets us display 150+ of our five-star customer reviews that we could not show anywhere else. We use the pop-up and an embedded widget on our About page. It is also incredibly simple to add into Wordpress. To be honest we have not found anything else that comes close to this. so five stars from us.
