Easy start with handy mobile app

Pros

Getting started is incredibly intuitive, you can jump right in without any hassle. The layout is clean and welcoming, making it easy to find what you need and the mobile app is genuinely useful for managing things on the go

Everything is in Spanish�.. the actual software, the help team and even the invoices are local. It's perfect for us!

Crucial email tracking

Pros

For my job it's crucial to see how many people are opening my emails and even to know who opened them more than once.

Cons

I find it tricky to set up an email address for people to reply to and I have a hard time adding contacts to existing groups.

Using this platform has let our agency offer more types of services which really sets us apart from the competition and adds value for our clients.

Cons

Sending files with an email comes with a lot of unclear rules making it hard to put together strong campaigns quickly. I always need to get the tech team involved to make it work.
