Pros

We can really shape the platform to fit exactly how our agency works and what each of our clients needs. It's wonderfully flexible and stays easy to use, which is perfect for keeping everyone happy.

Cons

Even though it was originally built for ad campaigns, the system has been successfully customized to handle the tracking and measurement of our packaging projects.

Cons

Our work is complicated so this tool makes every task take many steps. This makes it very difficult for new team members to learn.

Quick and simple workflow management

Pros

Workflow management is the heart of the platform and it makes everything quick and simple. Plus the built-in PIM, DAM and proofing tools mean it is powerful on its own. And I like that it allows for automatic metadata handling right out of the box.

Cons

Some sections of the platform have not received a visual update and appear a bit dated but they are still fully functional.

Encodify is a fully customizable platform made up of individual modules, giving us total control. The automation rules offer us a simple way to move projects through each stage and the APIs make connecting to other software simple.

Cons

I noticed that the approval system does not allow for a multi-step, sequential review process.

Pros

It is highly adaptable and can be set up quickly if you know what you need. Plus it lets us replace messy spreadsheets and manual processes in a very short amount of time.

Cons

There is not an instant sign-up to test the platform. I mean you cannot try it out before making a purchase.

Pros

The platform is so easy that find our way around is not a problem. Plus they are always releasing helpful new features, the support team is very responsive and it's flexible enough to be configured for our specific needs.

Cons

It lacks tools for real-time collaboration on project plans or briefs. The dashboard features are quite basic too. Also there are few pre-built integrations and the system does not automate the uploading of files for approval.

Made our campaign process smoother

Pros

It has made our campaign process much smoother. To me key highlights are the customizable dashboards for different users that provide a great visual overview, the easy to use tool for managing product photos and the user friendly system for creating and editing campaigns. In short we got a custom solution that perfectly fits our deadlines and proofreading workflow.

Cons

The Auto tag feature for photos is not useful for us because it only uses English keywords and the results are not specific enough to be helpful. We have also had challenges with some integrations, though the tool itself is not solely responsible for those issues.

Complex reporting features

Pros

The most impactful features are the Hours App, Proofing Tool and DAM and some parts of the product are very simple while others like reporting, can be quite complex. In short it required some configuration to match our business processes but it was mostly achievable.

Cons

Reporting could be more user-friendly and I noticed that the Dashboards have limitations like problems with downloading data. The financial process is also a bit difficult and correcting invoice errors is a difficult, lengthy task. The system also runs slowly when loading Dashboards and modules that contain financial data.

Pros

It is a professional-grade product that is both user-friendly and incredibly flexible making it easy to connect with our other systems.

Cons

For our team the key factor is that the product is constantly being improved and new features are released quickly. So no complaints from our side.
