“Excellent starter product with some limitations

Pros

I will always have a soft spot for eTrigue. Its the software that first introduced my team to marketing automation. eTrigue is perfect for small teams just getting into inbound marketing, offering a good starting point and price. The tools are easy to use and customize, and making reports is no big deal , giving me great insights

Cons

Sometimes the interface was a bit complicated and confusing, especially when renaming or reorganizing things. The workflow and automation features also seemed a bit limited compared to other software we used, which is why our team switched programs.

Pros

Tbh It is very easy to use. I can customize reports with just a few clicks. It does not require a CRM system, but it can integrate with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or SugarCRM in about 15 minutes.

Cons

We havent had any issues. The eTrigue support team is very responsive, free to use and gets back to us quick.
