“One platform reviews all channels
Pros
Having one platform to review performance across different marketing channels is very valuable. Without it, checking results in each individual channel separately becomes much harder and more time-consuming.
Cons
The pricing is a little higher than some competing tools.Itwould be a much stronger option if the subscription cost were adjusted.

“User friendly for years
Pros
After nearly 8 years of using it I still appreciate how user-friendly it is and how well it pulls data from all of our major platforms.
Cons
Costs can climb when you need integrations like Tableau or Snowflake and I really wish those were included in the base pricing.

“Outstanding customer care
Pros
It works very well across different platforms and has been stable from the start. The interface is user-friendly and the customer support team has been outstanding whenever help was needed.
Cons
At first the connection between views and export felt a bit confusing and took some time to understand.

“free plan covers major channels
Pros
Right from the free plan,Funnel.iocovers integration with almost every major social media platform and paid channel I use, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads. Connecting it to Looker Studio was very easy which made reporting much simpler. There are also many connectors available such as Amazon, Apple, Meta, Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console and more. Honestly far more options than I expected.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues so far and I am satisfied with the featuresitoffers.

“Automated sync saves manual effort
Pros
Bringing all our marketing and analytics sources into one platform has saved us a huge amount of manual effort especially since everything stays synced automatically. The connected fields are one of the best parts as once the mappings are in place, creating reports and visualizations feels much more consistent and manageable across different channels. It gives us a much clearer, more unified picture of overall performance.
Cons
Getting started does take some time, particularly when setting up data sources and field mappings in a more complex environment. When you're working with larger data volumes, certain connectors and transformations can be a bit slow to process as well.Itwould also be helpful ifthe platformoffered more built-in guidance and ready-made templates for common dashboards so new users could start seeing value sooner.

“costly model and weak support
Pros
It was more affordable before and used to include support but that changed when they switched their pricing model and support was no longer part of it. One thing they do well is the Looker Studio connector although there are limits on how much data you can pull from each platform but a limitation I've seen with other ETL tools too.
Cons
Dealing with support is difficult because of the time zone gap. At the end of the day,it's only an ETL tool so the functionality feels pretty limited beyond that. They even charge extra for basic connectors like Power BI. The newer pricing plans are expensive and having to give 30 days' notice to cancel is frustrating. Support hasn't been very pleasant either especially with Hannah. On top of that, itdoesn't scale very well when you need to connect across multiple platforms.

“Makes data organization easy
Pros
Getting data organized is pretty easy and the platform is simple to work with. The option to create custom views is especially useful when you need to duplicate, manage or standardize your workflow.
Cons
A few platform dimensions are still missing which means we sometimes have to upload batches of data manually. That said around 70 to 80% of what we need is already available natively.

“All analytics in one organized place
Pros
Having all my analytics gathered in one place has been incredibly helpful and has made it much easier to keep my work organized. I would definitely recommend it especially to anyone working in marketing.
Cons
There are times when the number of options and results feels a bit overwhelming and I can get slightly lost. Still, that's not really a bad problem to have whenitoffers so much.

“strong connectors for ecomm
Pros
Funnel connects with a wide range of sources that are very important for an eCommerce business.
Cons
It's not exactly a flaw but its value depends a lot on the rest of your data stack. To turn the collected data into something useful and actionable, you'll still need a good data warehouse and a visualization tool on top ofit.

“Fantastic same day support
Pros
Whenever I've run into an issue, the support team has been fantastic and usually gets back to me with answers the same day. Having that level of help is very reassuring because it means I can keep getting the data output I need without too much worry. I also really value the data explorer in the tool since it helps confirm that any custom metrics or dimensions I build are correct before I bring them into my reporting dashboard.
Cons
One limitation is that file import data sources don't pick up new columns added to Excel documents so we have to delete and rebuild those data sources. That also means the related formulas need to be updated afterward. We do our best to keep the datasets we report on fairly fixed but the business changes over time and sometimes we need to adjust. It's not a major problem overall thoughitdoes mean going through this process around 1-3 times a year.

“quick support but a learning curve
Pros
ConnectingFunnel.iowith the other software we already had in place was fairly easy overall. The only time I needed to reach out to support, the problem ended up being on our side and their team responded quickly and helped me get it sorted out fast.
Cons
Getting comfortable with itdoes take some time. As there's a noticeable learning curve and I do wishitwere easier to use right from the start.

“comes with a complete feature set
Pros
Using Funnel has been a really positive experience. It's very user-friendly, yet it still offers a surprisingly deep set of features for the price. The partner ecosystem is another big plus and it's a valuable tool for teams both in the U.S. and internationally. Customer support has been excellent as well and having U.S.-based partners available for customization and deployment projects makes it even more useful.
Cons
One downside is thatitstill doesn't seem to have the same level of name recognition in the U.S. as some other alternatives.
