Pros
I really love how I can manage my whole team and be in control of everything. Plus I can post on all my socials at once which saves me so much time.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is having to post on Instagram manually. I use Instagram the most, so it would be better if it could post automatically.

It is very easy to use. It's great for collaborating and the approval process for clients is really smooth and simple.
Cons
I really like everything but there are a few features I wish they had. I think they're working on them though like being able to schedule posts at exact times, not just at 5, 10 or 15-minute marks and adding a feature to list awareness days.

The workflow approval process is such a huge help. When we have lots of ideas and opinions, knowing exactly when everyone on the team approves means we get the green light fast. It saves us time and stops all the back-and-forth about social media posts. I also like the auto-scheduling and how I can see drafts in different views like the calendar.
Cons
I don't like that on Gain, I can't upload both videos and photos together to Instagram. On the Instagram app, you can do that in one post. I'm curious to learn more about what other features It offers.

I like the calendar, approval workflows and how easy the setup is. Their customer service helps us a lot and we've definitely seen an increase in our reach.
Cons
Sometimes, customizing workflows is tricky for some team members. It takes some trial and error to get it right.

We use the system because it's cost-effective to manage five social media platforms and get approvals from the team which makes the whole process smoother.
Cons
Everything seems fine. Our social media manager uses it all the time but for some bigger files, he says they are too large to get approval through It, so he sends those by email.

It's so user-friendly, not just for me but for all my clients and my team too. Everything runs smoothly and quickly. Plus their team keeps us in the loop about what's happening like any Facebook shutdowns.

Pros
Gain is easy to use for scheduling marketing across different platforms. Uploading images, adding videos and duplicating posts is also very easy process. I LOVE how I can just drag and drop posts to new dates and easily change the time and that's usually a pain in other programs I've tried!
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything bad. They're always coming up with new ideas and they're usually great!

It is a great platform all around. It's easy to use, easy to collaborate with others to get posts created, approved and scheduled. It saves time with auto-publishing and helps me organize my content plan.
Cons
I wish I could filter workspaces by the admin managing them. I run a team and want to see only accounts under one person, not every account the agency owns. Also I wish there was an emoji feature when creating content. Right now I have to use another site to find emojis and then copy-paste them into It.

I appreciate how It lets me see everything clearly with its calendar and list views, complete with images. Reusing or copying old posts is really easy too.
Cons
There's no search function which would be really helpful to find old posts without scrolling through everything. I also wish we could search for popular hashtags.

I love everything about It. From a user point of view, it's easy to use. The calendar view helps me see my whole month at a glance. Connecting social channels is easy, as long as you have the right permissions. When I send content to clients for approval, I've never had anyone get confused. It's really user-friendly even if you're not tech-savvy.
Cons
Right now, GIFs and carousel posts for Instagram have to be posted manually. I hope they add automatic posting for these soon.

Pros
The Gain app is so easy to set up for marketing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other channels. We use the calendar view to know exactly when posts will go live on each channel. Posts get scheduled and we trust they'll publish on time. One of the best features is the review and approval process, we can send posts for review and track changes and approvals. Since we work in a compliance-controlled industry, this is very important for us.
Cons
It's solid but I wish we could sort and prioritize content tags better. We can search tags but it would be nice to order them the way we want to make searching easier.

I find It extremely easy to use and our clients do too. We didn't even have to train anyone because it's so flexible and user-friendly.
Cons

The app makes it easy to plan and post across multiple social media channels. Copying and scheduling posts to other channels is simple. I love how visual it is. Clients can approve posts easily and I can even download PDFs to share with clients.
Cons
There's no analytics available, no place to save hashtags with accounts for easy reuse and no simple way to upload multiple photos and copy them directly into a post.

It delivers on its promise. It makes content collaboration smooth for our team and makes approvals easy and even fun for our clients who aren't great with tech. Clients who have used other systems way prefer how we do it with Gain.
Cons
I'd really like an Instagram grid planner and better integration with paid social ads. Also support for new platforms would be nice. But seriously, the grid planner is something I really need. Right now I use Google Slides to see how my Instagram feed will look. It could do better.

It is super easy to use and packed with features to manage, schedule and organize your content. You can set different permissions for different users, create approval workflows and handle a full social media schedule. It's a must-have for any digital marketer.
Cons
Leaving comments for colleagues can be confusing. In the approval process, sometimes you want to point out a specific part of the content but you can only leave a general comment, not a sticky note or marker on the content itself.

It has tons of great features for managing content. It automates the content calendar approval process, cuts down routing time, reduces errors and lets us preview what content will look like when it's live. Cons
There's no keyword filter and I can't upload mixed-format stories or multiple videos for stories which is frustrating.
