“Misleading and dishonest

We could not test the software since our account was downgraded to a free trial.
Cons
We couldnt test the software because our paid account was downgraded due to an internal issue between ZenGrowth and AppSumo.It was really disappointing, and Im sharing this to warn future users so they dont end up in the same mess we did. Many others on AppSumo have faced the same problem and there is plenty of evidence to back it up.

Pros
It takes care of all aspects of cold marketing and email campaigns, combining the features of Instantly.ai and MailChimp. Plus it has extra perks like direct integration with WooCommerce, removing the need for the WooCommerce Zapier ($6.59/month) and it even includes push notifications saving us an additional $24 yearly on Zapier.
Cons
It would be great if the email limits were a bit higher but other than that everything works fine.

Pros
I have mainly used the email warm up feature and it works great. Also I imported my mailing list from MailChimp and it transferred without any issues. The interface is neat and user friendly too making everything simple, their support team is quick to respond and very helpful. Signing up and getting started was simple and I have been using the email warm up function for nearly three months now.
Cons
One of the most frustrating parts has been trying to create a sign up form. I wanted to add a simple form on my website to collect users names and emails for my mailing list but the process has been difficult. After multiple tries I gave up. It would really help if there were more tutorial videos available. On top of that they downgraded all their AppSumo customers because of a payment dispute.

Pros
Everything worked fine at first but after a month issues began to pop up. Scheduled campaigns would not trigger on time and I had to contact customer support frequently. They took a long time to get back to me and I ended up using the platform mainly for email warm up. Plus I had to switch back to MailerLite for its reliability. I purchased a lifetime deal via AppSumo but now Gozen Growth has revoked my credits and downgraded my account to a free plan. Apparently they are having problems with AppSumo but I am stuck in the middle and my business is suffering. So be cautious if you are thinking of purchasing.
Cons
I would say please work on improving your business practices and ensuring the platform is more reliable.

“Lost my one year plan after AppSumo failed to pay them
Pros
I am confused about how AppSumo not paying in February 2025 affects my account which was set up in February 2024. I just cannot trust Gozen anymore. I requested a refund for HyperReach which I purchased directly from them in July 2024 but I have not heard back from them at all.
Cons
Well I request that you restore my account to its original status.
