“This tool's a total win

Pros

It is an awesome social media scheduler that keeps things simple but still has a bunch of options. The interface looks easy to use and honestly, it really is. The calendar view and social post generator are super easy to get the hang of and they work smoothly.

Cons

I can't find anything wrong with it. It's just perfect and everything works smoothly.

“Major time-saver for sure

Pros

This software totally changed how I handle social media for myself and my clients. The interface is really user-friendly, so scheduling and posting content regularly is very smooth. I've added it to my toolkit and now managing multiple social accounts is just a click away which has boosted my efficiency big time. It fits right into my weekly and monthly routine, so all my clients' posts go out exactly when they should. The customer support is amazing too. The setup was clear and step-by-step. I did run into a small problem with one client's Meta account but thanks to the support team we fixed it fast without much downtime. That kind of help makes me trust this software a lot. I definitely give it five stars for being easy to use, powerful and having great customer service.

Cons

So far, we haven't run into any problems with the software at all.

“Top app for scheduling posts

Pros

It makes organizing and scheduling my content a lot more smooth, so I can plan everything without any problem.

Cons

It did take me a bit longer to learn compared to some other tools but it's still really good.

“Solid tool that works great

Pros

The UI is really nice. I love the calendar view. Hopper's AI helps me create captions and hashtags and the analytics show who's checking out my posts. There's also a "Best Time to Post" feature which is cool. Plus It has a mobile app that actually works well.

Cons

I think having workspaces would be a cool feature but the Team and Search functions work really well for me.

“Easy and actually works

Pros

I love the experience using It. There's nothing extra or confusing. It's clean and just gives me what I need most for my clients and the calendar view and drag-and-drop grid preview.

Cons

The process for validating the account connection can be clunky but I think that's more a Facebook thing than the software itself.

“Helps with social campaigns

Pros

I've used It for Twitter and Instagram posts. It's a great tool and their customer service is top notch. I'd highly recommend it.

Cons

Right now there's nothing I dislike about this tool but if that changes, I'll let you know.

“Love the insta scheduling feature

Pros

I tried Hopper for scheduling Instagram posts. It's a good tool but mostly limited to Instagram. Still they have nice features for reels, stories and the analytics are solid.

Cons

It's only for Instagram which is limiting. I wish they supported other social media platforms too and offered analytics for those.

“Perfect for handling social stuff

Pros

You can create, schedule and edit posts, stories, reels, TikToks and even keep hashtag lists ready to use whenever you want. I honestly think it's the best tool out there right now.

Cons

I wish I could post stories and TikToks directly from Hopper HQ. That would be awesome.

“Total lifesaver for my schedule

I really liked that I could post directly from my desktop. It made planning ahead so much easier because setting the time, date and content was simple. Writing my posts felt way less stressful too. Whenever I had questions, their team was quick to respond, helpful and even followed up later to see how everything was going. Honestly their customer support is fantastic!

Cons

There's not much negative to say. Maybe the only thing is that their time zone is different from mine here in Bangkok, Thailand but I don't really see that as a problem.

“Love the bulk post & layout view

Pros

I find it really great for scheduling my posts, uploading lots of images at once and bulk editing posts too.

Cons

It doesn't show reels in the Instagram grid which is a bummer. Also, sometimes the service glitches and when that happens, I feel like there should be discounts or refunds.

Overall, It's fantastic tool and it works really well. I like that I can set up campaigns, posts, images, text or videos and schedule them to post at specific times. It's really easy and user-friendly.

Cons

No cons from my side .It's well designed and easy to use and it does what it's supposed to do.

It lets me schedule posts and organize them in a way that looks nice when I have time to focus on my marketing. It's simple to use and fits well with my busy schedule.

Cons

I can't tag products in posts ahead of time. So if I need to tag products, I have to edit the post after it's already published.

This tool covers all the essentials for me like auto-posting, Instagram grids and detailed analytics.

The user interface could use some improvement on both the web and app versions.

It's easy to use and plan ahead and being able to schedule everything makes a big difference.

It's annoying that I can't post videos and pictures to Facebook through It but I know that's not really Hopper's fault and it's Facebook's.

I'm not very tech-savvy but I can still use this product easily! It's very simple and you can do a lot with it.

I'd love it if I could attach a link to my website on the product I'm highlighting in a post.

It's really simple to use and one of the best things about it is that I can schedule a large number of posts well in advance.

Cons

Video scheduling on Instagram isn't great. Sometimes videos don't post at all and when they do, it's often late. I end up uploading videos manually on Instagram instead. Definitely a downside that could be improved.

“Great backup for a busy schedule

Pros

I rely on this tool every day to schedule and manage all my social media posts. It helps me stay organized.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything to add. It does a great job overall.
