“Great tool for email outreach”
Pros
It has been a really valuable tool for my email outreach. It's simple to use, the initial setup was quick and the warm-up feature helped a lot by making it safer to send my emails. The SmartLead integration is another big plus and adds a lot of value for me.
Cons
The configuration could be a bit more simple but that's pretty typical with tools like this. Even with that, it still felt fairly simple and worked very well.

“Fairly priced tool”
Pros
This has been a solid choice because the pricing is reasonable and the API is very modular. It covers everything needed to run strong email campaigns without a lot of manual effort. The integrations with other tools work really well and getting everything set up at the beginning was quick and simple.
Cons
Azure username change feature doesn't quite fit what I was looking for. That said, it's a very specific need and for typical use cases Inboxkit still provides everything necessary.

“Incredible service”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels polished and user-friendly and the service has been excellent, it takes care of everything I need without any hassle.
Cons
Something that can be a bit unclear is the pricing and billing between the different products but the support team is excellent and always helps sort everything out quickly.

“Mailbox management made effortless”
Pros
Running mailbox operations through this tool has been a big help especially when dealing with both official Google and Microsoft mailboxes. It's not only convenient to purchase inboxes there but also to manage them, keep the inbox health in check and plug them into multiple sequences. The warm-up feature and the placement test have been especially useful. Having Google Workspace and Microsoft mailboxes handled in one platform makes day-to-day work much more manageable. It really simplifies the whole mailbox infrastructure side of cold outreach when there are dozens of clients and lots of mailboxes involved. Setup time has dropped a lot too, it now takes under an hour and sometimes less than 30 minutes. The dashboard feels user-friendly so getting everything configured is pretty simple. There's also real peace of mind in knowing InboxKit provides official, compliant mailboxes that align with Google's policies which adds reliability and lowers risk for clients.
Cons
The platform can be glitchy at times especially when connecting mailboxes to certain sequences. Every now and then it throws an error so that part of the experience could definitely be improved. I've noticed it most when trying to reconnect a mailbox after disconnecting it since it occasionally refuses to connect properly.
