“Support for multiple mailbox platforms”

Pros

Having it handle our full deliverability stack in one place has been a huge advantage. The API and MCP capabilities are really strong and they let us connect with AI agents smoothly which has helped us move much faster. Support for multiple mailbox platforms is another big benefit and the pricing is more cost-effective than a lot of other alternatives we considered. Setup was fairly simple and even though integration took a little longer because of our scale, it was still manageable.

Cons

I'd still like to see faster inbox creation, ideally instant if that's ever possible though I understand there may be limitations there. The connection process can also feel a bit slow and somewhat complex at times especially when it comes to integrations so that part could definitely be improved.

“Responsive customer support”

Pros

Right away it stood out for how responsive the customer support is. They've consistently been very helpful with technical setup and I usually get a reply within 4 to 5 minutes. I've also been really happy with the mailbox quality and the warmup system which helped me reach a 98.4% delivery rate without getting my domain blacklisted. The Smartlead connection works smoothly so sending emails and plugging mailboxes into the sequencer feels very simple. I also appreciate the built-in Smartlead and Porkbun integrations because they make the setup process efficient and practical. On top of that, the bulk editing feature saves a lot of time when I need to update all my mailboxes quickly.

Cons

One part that could be communicated better is the credit system UI. It shows a countdown-style message like "credit will last 3 days," which initially makes it sound as if the credits themselves expire, when it's really just referring to the normal credit balance. That wording threw me off at first. Support explained it quickly once I asked but it would be better if the interface made that clearer from the start so there's no unnecessary confusion.

“Good experience of 1 year”

Pros

After more than a year with it, the experience has stayed consistently positive. The biggest plus for us has been their customer support, they reply fast and are genuinely helpful anytime something comes up. We also really value that they take care of the whole process from start to finish: setting up domains and email accounts, configuring DKIM and DMARC and making sure everything connects properly with Smartlead. It's a complete done-for-you setup that removes the technical burden from our team.

Cons

Every now and then we run into mailbox connection issues. Even then, their support team steps in quickly and gets it sorted out so it hasn't turned into any serious disruption for us.

“Ability to purchase multiple inboxes”

Pros

Running everything through Azure and being able to purchase 100 inboxes in one place has been a huge advantage for my startup. Managing that many inboxes from a single provider really simplifies operations. The warmup feature is another big plus since it helps keep deliverability strong. Getting started was very simple and the YouTube videos made the initial setup even more helpful.

Cons

A dark mode or dark theme would be a welcome addition and would make it much more comfortable on the eyes.

“Effective email generator”

Pros

It felt very simple to use and the email generator works really well. Being able to manage and provision multiple inboxes, handle domains without hassle and get everything set up quickly makes it highly effective for outbound email at scale. The warmup tools are user-friendly, exporting is simple and the initial setup was especially painless which made the overall experience even better.

Cons

I haven't faced any issues so far.

“Affordable high-quality mailboxes”

Pros

This tool gives you really high-quality mailboxes at a very affordable price and the deliverability has been about as good as it gets.

Cons

Nothing seriously wrong with it but one thing missing is warm-up when you only buy two or three mailboxes.

“Mailboxes for cold outreach”

Pros

sending infrastructure live quickly has been the biggest advantage for us. We create domains and mailboxes for cold outreach at scale and it takes care of the entire setup process so DNS, redirects and inboxes are all ready in a small fraction of the time manual work used to require. The API is another major benefit since we automate mailbox provisioning and workspace management directly through our own scripts and the workspace layout makes it simple to keep different clients properly separated. Deliverability has stayed strong and consistent across all of our inboxes and the dashboard is clean enough that even non-technical team members can find what they need without any training.

Cons

There really is nothing notable to complain about. The platform has been dependable for us from the start, onboarding went smoothly and everything works the way it is supposed to. If anything, I'd just like to see even more features added over time because the ones already available are implemented extremely well.

“Fantastic domain isolation feature”

Pros

Getting the full setup handled automatically is easily the biggest advantage here. Setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC by hand is a hassle for most teams and InboxKit removes that burden by taking care of it for you while preparing mailboxes in roughly 10 minutes. On top of that, the domain isolation feature is a big plus since one flagged domain won't drag down the rest. It covers the most time-consuming and risky parts of cold email infrastructure in one place.

Cons

The 14-day warmup period bothers me. You're paying right away but you still can't send at full capacity for the first two weeks. The static IP arrangement is another valid concern because if an IP gets flagged, the entire campaign can suffer until the issue is resolved. It's also focused only on infrastructure which means you'll still need another tool for sequencing, adding extra cost and another layer of complexity. There's no free trial either so you're spending money before you've really had a chance to see how it performs in your own setup. None of that feels like a dealbreaker but it's definitely something to be aware of beforehand.

“Solid mailbox performance”

Pros

“Scalable outreach with stellar support”

Pros

Running an outbound lead generation company, I rely on it because it gives us a scalable way to get high-quality email addresses. One thing I really value is their customer service. They bring you into a Slack channel where the team is available for questions so communication stays ongoing instead of feeling one-off. The API integration is also a big plus since it lets us provision new email addresses very quickly through the API.

Cons

I didn’t come across any downsides.

“Handles bulk domain setup well”

Pros

Getting mailboxes provisioned quickly in it has been a huge help whenever I'm setting things up. The way it handles bulk domain setup is also really convenient and saves me a lot of time.

Cons

There are occasional inconsistencies with deliverability and that can be a little troublesome. Better warmup monitoring would also make the platform perform even better.

“Centralized solution”

Pros

Having everything centralized in it has been the biggest advantage for me. It makes managing multiple mailboxes much simpler, the setup is quick and simple and the interface is clean enough to get around without much trouble. Handling domains and mailboxes here is far more convenient than doing it all manually and the support team has also been very responsive whenever I've had a question or needed help with an issue.

Cons

The part that still feels like it could use some work is the user interface. Certain settings and mailbox management options could be clearer and more user-friendly especially when working with a larger number of mailboxes. It would also be useful to have more in-depth reporting and analytics available directly in the dashboard.

“Outstanding support with clear communication”

Pros

From the start, it has been excellent to work with. Their customer service is outstanding and communication is always clear, fast and helpful whenever we need anything. The infrastructure has been reliable for our clients' campaigns and it lets us get everything up and running quickly without a hassle. We also noticed better reply rates after moving to Inboxkit which was a big plus. On top of that, the guided onboarding was a nice touch because they walked us through the setup step by step.

Cons

Honestly there is not much to complain about. They're reliable, legitimate and provide everything we need.

“Powerful API”

Pros

Compared with other options I've tried, it's API is extremely capable. It's been really helpful for setting up new Google and Microsoft workspaces without needing any manual involvement. The API also makes it possible to connect email accounts to my clients' email sending platform with very little human input.

Cons

There are still a few actions that aren't available through the API.

“Easy to manage multiple inboxes”

Pros

Managing multiple inboxes with it feels very simple and it makes it much easier to keep up with campaigns that are moving across different tools. The setup process is quite simple overall which saves a lot of time when handling several inboxes and campaigns at once. Having everything in one place with InboxKit is definitely more convenient for our workflow.

Cons

It would be even better with a few more advanced analytics and customization features especially when it comes to tracking campaign performance in greater detail. More campaign-level analytics, custom reporting options and stronger filtering would help us compare different inboxes and campaigns much faster.

“Affordable pricing”

Pros

It has been really useful for managing everything efficiently and the DNS setup feature is especially valuable. The pricing is also more affordable than our previous tool, Gmass which has been a nice advantage. Getting started with Inboxkit was fast and simple as well.

“Quick for launching campaigns”

Pros

Launching inboxes with it happens incredibly fast since I don't have to touch DNS and deliverability is already taken care of right away. That means I can put my attention on campaigns instead of dealing with infrastructure. The speed is a huge plus because I'm able to start campaigns the same week a client signs, without wasting hours on DNS setup and warmup. I also feel confident my emails are landing in the primary inbox so I can focus on targeting and copy rather than troubleshooting. The initial setup was very simple.

Cons

Reporting side could be more powerful and I'd really like to see more granular deliverability analytics available in a single dashboard.

“Well-organized interface”

Pros

I appreciate how clean and simple the interface feels, along with how responsive the customer support team has been. The API access is also a huge benefit because it lets me automate my workflow very effectively. By linking the API key to Claude Code, I'm able to add domains from providers like Porkbun or Spaceship, create inboxes and connect everything directly to my sending software such as Smart Lead. That automation has cut my setup time dramatically, from something that used to take around twelve hours across three days down to just a few lines of code. On top of that, buying inboxes through InboxKit is cheaper than purchasing them directly from Google or Microsoft.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind.
