Using integrated multi-level marketing software feels like working with family. We asked them to create custom software that would allow each department to handle its tasks. After two years of hard work we have been supported by a fantastic, always-ready team who works within my time zone and is there when emergencies arise. Overall the service has been outstanding.

Cons

I cannot think of any drawbacks. As it is impressive how committed they are to getting things right the first time.

Pros

This version of integrated MLM software is the easiest and best I have encountered. The design is also simple and it runs smoothly. Both the front end and back end are polished and professional.

So far I have not noticed any issues. Everything works as expected and the team behind the software is reliable and dedicated leaving very little to complain about.

We began with a few basic tools but the software came with many additional features, all included at no extra cost. Also it was fantastic to have extra features we had not expected like reports, role control and bonus settings.

Initially we had trouble finding the help section since it was hidden under a menu. Also it would have been more convenient if it were on the main page. But after we mentioned this to their team they moved it right away which was really helpful.

The advanced dashboard of it might be a bit overwhelming for some users so I feel like having some documentation or tutorials would definitely help.

I needed a way to reward customers for making purchases on my Shopify store and the team at Integrated MLM Software quickly understood my needs. Their sales team walked me through the entire process making it easy to understand. The development team was professional and only required access to my store during the final stage of integration which kept my data secure.

Everything worked fine but I feel like a simple diagram or flowchart explaining the integration process would have been useful. And while their team explained it clearly a visual reference could have made things even easier to understand.

The eCommerce store UI is clean and user friendly. The multi-vendor feature let me add multiple vendors without any trouble. Plus commissions are automatically distributed on each order which makes management a lot easier.

Cons

There is an option for customers to contact vendors but it was not visible on the vendor profile by default. I contacted their team and they added it for me. I feel like it would be better if this was automatically included.

Pros

Integrated MLM software has been very helpful for our business. The genealogy tree provides a clear view of our distributor network simplifying management. Also onboarding new members is now quicker reducing administrative tasks. The referral program integration has been great too for boosting recruitment and sales. While there is room for improvement, the overall increase in efficiency and organization has been significant.

Cons

We are happy with the features as they have met our expectations. However we believe their email marketing feature could be improved in terms of both functionality and effectiveness.
