The templates are really easy to understand and are designed in a way that makes them visually appealing. They're clear and interactive.

I can't go back and fix things once I make a mistake.

The interface is user-friendly and simple to use. I didn't need a lot of training to figure out where to go and I learned the features just by exploring the UI.

There are a lot of bugs which make my work much harder. Every second time I save something, it says it's saved but when I go back to the document, it hasn't actually saved.

Customer support is really helpful. They reply quickly and most of the time, they find a solution that works for me.

The product sometimes causes errors even when I'm not doing anything.

I've only used it for a short time but it really helped me see what my designs were missing and how I could improve just by checking out the tools they offer.

The cost was the biggest issue for me. As a college student I'd rather spend that money on something that directly helps with my education. Unfortunately the price is just too high for many students to afford.
