“I Loveee it!
Pros
It has the best free plan I've seen in the email marketing world and their platform was very easy for me to figure out.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing I don't like about Kit. It's definitely my favorite email marketing software so far.

“Meets all my emailing needs
Pros
I switched from MailChimp and managed to double my open rates from 20% to 40% with the same email list. I really like the automations, sequences and how I can segment and tag subscribers. I've connected Kit with WordPress, LearnWorlds (I used to use Patreon and Teachable), and tagging subscribers makes running targeted campaigns way easier.
Cons
It took me a while to really get how to manage sequences and how the visual integrations work. It's not obvious at first.

“Easy way to get your business online
Pros
I really like how the platform looks and the instructional videos were very helpful to me.
Cons
Even though there's a lot of instructions, I still get stuck sometimes when trying to set up landing pages and newsletters. But with some patience, I've been able to figure things out.

“Not bad just kinda average
Pros
It's pretty simple to use and gets the job done. The FAQ content is good too. Nothing really stood out as amazing, so I wasn't impressed but I think it's great for beginners or people who don't have much marketing experience.
Cons
The interface feels kind of clunky to me. I think the layout and flow between different parts could be better. It's basic compared to other tools I've used. Nothing's really bad just not great.

“A bit high on cost
Pros
I find it really convenient to build emails with the drag-and-drop feature. Plus turning on automation saves me a lot of time on tasks.
Cons
That said, when I think about all the good stuff the system offers, I still feel like it's worth using.

“Easier to handle than other tools
Pros
Back when I used it, it was better than MailChimp! It had more features and better deliverability. Setting it up was pretty easy too from what I remember.
Cons
I felt like the workflows were pretty limited, customer support wasn't great and the user interface could be better.

“Love that you can customize it
Pros
It's one of the best newsletter tools I've used and it really helped me build an audience.
Cons
Managing everything on one dashboard was tough and sometimes the funnels had way too many steps which made it complicated.

“Creators will love this
Pros
It's easy to build emails! The platform feels made for creators like me to share content across multiple channels.
Cons
I didn't like their segmentation or popup features. Both felt pretty limiting for an email service provider.

For new startups trying to get going, I think it's kind of expensive.

“Works best if your business
Pros
This platform is awesome for growing your audience no matter where you're starting. It's very easy to use and the analytics are decent. There are lots of opt-in forms and landing pages to choose from, plus you can run paid subscriptions.
Cons
The email editor is really basic and could be hard for someone who's not a designer. It doesn't have many options to make a stunning email newsletter. Also there's no mobile app, so you can't work on the go.

It's simple and really easy to get started with. The whole thing feels easy, so even if you're brand new like me, you won't feel lost or overwhelmed.
