Pros

When I called to cancel my subscription, a real person answered the sales/support line within just a few minutes, which was impressive.

Cons

Half of the property information in my own neighborhood was outdated or completely wrong. I dont feel I can trust the data provided anymore.

Using Landvoice was not very good

Pros

Honestly there is nothing I dislike about the system at all.

Cons

Landvoice is consistently late with their data or it is entirely incorrect. For example expired listings sometimes don't get uploaded, causing my team to miss calls. When I called to resolve it I was told there were no expired listings for that day but Vulcan 7 had them. Also I called some expired listings but the people I reached had not listed their homes in years, making me look unprofessional. This issue persists and I plan on leaving it for Vulcan 7.

Great tool, saved my time

Pros

I love how I can use the system without having to spend time on research.

Cons

I don't like that there is never enough time to get through all the leads.

They upload DNC numbers to your system and it's your responsibility

Pros

They claim to have the best numbers and its kinda true also I found the sales rep to be very friendly.

Cons

Landvoice provides phone numbers for lead generation but when it's uploaded to my autodialer, it includes DoNotCall numbers as well. They claim this is not their problem but with other vendors, I can easily avoid uploading DNC numbers with just a click. When I asked for a refund, they denied it. I emailed the CEO and still haven't heard back. Avoid It!

The cancellation process and support are a scam

Pros

There is nothing good to say. The service is subpar and the representative makes it difficult for agents when they try to cancel their accounts.

Cons

The customer service is terrible!!! They feel robotic and seem more focused on getting you into a contract than helping you.

Finally, a well-priced service with reliable information!

Pros

I really appreciate that the numbers are almost always accurate. Plus I love how the status is updated, saving me the trouble of cross referencing with the MLS. Their customer service is outstanding and truly goes above and beyond what competing services offer.

Cons

So far everything has been fine. Just wish there was an update so the notes don't get erased when I try to fix errors.
