It would be a huge help to get the name of the specific person browsing the site. Often the phone number listed is just a main office line, making it hard to reach the right team. A little box for visitors to ask a question would also make the experience feel more personal.

We've had Lead Forensics for some time now and the outcomes have been impressive. The service shows us which businesses are looking at our site in real-time, even if they never contact us. This has been perfect for our sales group to pursue new opportunities. We can follow up with prospects immediately to try and win new work. The layout is simple and easy to get around.

It's a bit of a letdown that we can't identify who specifically searched for us but I understand that's difficult without them submitting a form.

You can only see which company visited, not the actual person. Having that detail would make it much clearer who to call when a new lead comes in.
