You can use this for so many different things and you're free to build as many bots as you want. It's simple to pick up and we're pumped to watch it keep helping our company's plans.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides, to be honest. Right now, I'm nothing but impressed. It's simple to use but gives you really powerful information about how visitors interact with your bots and where you lose them so you can make smart adjustments.

The way Leadoo builds bots directly into a webpage is brilliant. As someone who designs websites, I hate how most chat windows pop up and ruin the experience. They feel out of place and distract from what the user is trying to read. Leadoo's built-in bots have solved this completely. We now create pages for our customers where the bots feel like a natural part of the layout. This makes everything feel smoother for the user and way more effective at grabbing leads. It's probably my number one favorite tool for marketing.
Cons
The help you get from their team is so good that it compensates but I do think their how-to guides and reference materials could be more in-depth.
