“Interactive assessments tailored to client's needs”
Pros
It helps us offer prospects and clients interactive assessments tailored to their specific challenges, whether that's wealth management, human resources or running their business. Each journey follows a clear structure, targeted questions, personalized feedback and an automatically generated report. That setup works extremely well in our consulting environment since business leaders receive relevant insight into their situation while our teams get a structured qualification base to prepare meetings with the right expert. The platform is flexible enough to be adapted to very different topics without having to rebuild everything from scratch each time. Their team's support has been reliable, responsive and genuinely focused on our business needs. Overall, it lets us industrialize, automate and digitalize processes that we could otherwise handle with Excel in a much more time-consuming way, while also integrating into our information system.
Cons
Each new assessment still requires some upfront scoping work to properly define the journey, the different levels of feedback and the right messaging for the target audience. That initial investment is necessary though and it's support helps ensure the final setup is high quality.

“helps generate qualified leads”
Pros
This tool helped us build a conversation guide based on an ITSM maturity assessment which their telemarketing teams use to engage C-level decision-makers who rarely respond to purely digital outreach. The model works extremely well, their agents run the assessment over the phone, the prospect then receives a personalized report and our sales team takes the meeting using that report to frame the discussion right away. With this approach, we generated around 150 qualified leads in France and more than half converted into real opportunities, creating over EUR2 million in pipeline. Beyond the assessment itself, we also use an ROI calculator that our sales reps bring directly into prospect meetings and it genuinely changes the quality and direction of the commercial conversation. The setup was also successfully replicated across several countries.
Cons
Performance does vary quite a bit depending on the market: some countries are harder to engage by phone than others so the approach needs to be adjusted to fit the local context. Also, when targeting senior decision-makers, digital-only completion remains limited which means telemarketing is still essential for reaching this audience effectively. That said, it has the necessary team to prospect by phone in Italian, Spanish, German, English and other languages which helps maximize results. In any case, LeadSeed commits to outcomes which gives us confidence in securing a minimum volume of quality leads every quarter.

“Higher prospect engagement”
Pros
Working as a BDR, my job is to turn leads into real sales opportunities and with it the impact is immediate. Prospects have already engaged with valuable content such as material on cyber resilience, before I ever reach out to them. The personalized report they receive gives us a much stronger starting point for the conversation. As a result, I'm generating three to four times more opportunities with it than with a traditional campaign. Prospect engagement is clearly much higher because they already understand their situation and are ready to take the discussion further. The quality of the qualification, along with the way the report is structured, makes outreach much more effective and helps uncover concrete use cases and real business opportunities.
Cons
The effectiveness of the approach depends a lot on how well the initial marketing setup is defined. The better the journey is designed, the more useful the collected information becomes during sales conversations. It's not really a downside by itself but marketing and sales need to be aligned from the beginning on the type of data they want to capture.
