I'll never stop reaching out to them

Pros

Nothing really. We ended up on their call list and no matter what we do, they just keep calling and won't stop.

Cons

For nearly a year now, Levitate salespeople have continued calling us, even though we have asked them to stop. We have never been interested in their services but they just don't stop calling. I will not do business with a company that engages in spam calling like this.

We absolutely love Levitate!

Pros

Levitate has really taken our social media presence and customer relationships to the next level. The platform is very easy to use and I love having one on one meetings with a Levitate rep to get answers to any questions I have.

Cons

Nothing to mention so far! We haven't had any issues or cons arise.

Pros

What I love most is the consistency this company offers. In sales, I need to show my clients that I'm committed to the long term relationship and staying in touch with them regularly on a solid platform like this really helps strengthen that bond.

Cons

When entering data like address or city, I wish it would auto populate to save me some keystrokes.

Pros

CUSTOMER SERVICE of this tool is exceptional. Always available and I get instant responses to my inquiries. Very helpful.

An amazing system, very pleased!

Pros

Pros

The ups and downs of this software

Pros

The content suggestions, graphic design tools and AI integration in response creation are all great. Plus it is very industry specific, which adds value.

Cons

We have had issues with connecting to our data application, which has affected the automation process.

Fantastic software, fantastic company

Pros

It's so easy to automate emails, campaigns and social media posts. I can also keep track of client issues and I love how easy everything is to use. The staff is great too, they are super helpful whenever we run into an issue. Looking forward to continuing with them.

Cons

I wish I could search for something in a client's profile without knowing their exact name like contract numbers or birthdays. Also you can only send email attachments up to 3MB, which isn't enough. I end up having to send attachments through my regular email.

Their service goes beyond expectations

Pros

I love the service and follow up we get from Levitate. We are really happy with the content and how simple to use it is.

Cons

Updating client information and syncing with Salesforce has been an issue but with the new integration, it seems like that will be resolved.

You are doing wonders

Pros

Its scheduling feature is fantastic! I can upload posts for the next three months and not have to think about them again for a while.

Cons

The only downside I experienced was the time it took to get Facebook set up after I took over the marketing side.

Pros

It is simple to use, compliance focused and the support team is amazing. They are always innovating and releasing new features. I especially love the campaign and social media features.

Cons

I had some trouble correcting tags from the previous Redtail integration and I would love the ability to set separate reminders for anniversaries, birthdays and client milestones.
