“Not many logo choices and it is expensive

Nothing good to share. As I did not like how some of the logos were delivered and I was also caught off guard when I realized there was a subscription instead of a one time purchase as I expected.

Cons

They advertise it like a one time sale but then create a subscription and start charging us yearly without any prior notice. So beware as this happened even if you do not access their site.

I really like the ideas you get plus the easy way to check out changes and options. But that's about it!

Cons

Paying for the annual plan does not allow us to change the logo. Also you are never notified of this before payment. And since the tool's value is tied to the logo, it is frustrating that users cannot change the name. Overall it is a bad experience and I will never pay for this again.

After spending $100 with this company I found my logo on another site within 2 minutes. I mean seriously!!!

You will find their logos all over the internet. Not trustworthy. So I would suggest stay away.

Some things I like are the fonts and color schemes are fresh and modern.

Customer support is really poor as they never offer solutions just ask us to repeat yourself to a different representative. As for the platform after a while, none of our purchased logos are available for download and that's when customer support seems to vanish. Overall the online chat feature is useless.

The interface is quite clean and really easy to navigate. Also in just a few minutes, we can input our name and industry, then provide feedback on symbols and designs you like. And the system then generates designs that are customized to our preferences. Overall the designs are nice and simple.

Cons

While Logojoy offers a lot of options and has an easy to use interface, we are very limited in how much we can customize our logo. And apart from adjusting the basic colors and changing a few predefined symbols, you cannot do much more.

Logojoy makes it so simple to enter a few preferences like color, name and style and then it generates dozens of custom logo options for us. Also it is fast and easy and anyone can use it. These logos work well as placeholders for businesses that need a quick logo before they have time to develop a full visual identity.

Cons

Some logos end up looking a bit generic and uninspired but others feel fresh and original. I suppose some of that is to be expected.

I was really happy with the service. The process was simple, I could save multiple drafts and I ended up with the logo I wanted. Also it is far more cost and time-effective than hiring a professional designer. I chose the executive package and everything promised to me was delivered. Even the support team was responsive and the designer quickly solved any issues.

Cons

There were a few issues with the downloaded file but customer support and the designer assigned to me quickly fixed them.

The app was easy to use but the customer support really made the experience shine. I liked the logo the app created but was not sold on the colors. I asked for some help and the support rep sent me three different color variations to pick from and helped me apply them to my final logo. They were easy to talk to, quite quick to respond and now I absolutely love my logo.

Honestly I was surprised to find that the business card was just a template but considering the price, it made sense. However I expected physical cards.

Logojoy is an amazing tool for creating logos on any topic and it has all the solutions you could need. I have been using it for 7 to 8 months and have had a great experience. One feature I really like is that you get $20 just for sharing a promo with others who are interested. That $20 can be used to buy premium logos. It is definitely a feature that I feel like everyone would appreciate.

Cons

I love 3D logos but they do not offer any 3D options even when you are paying for it. Another downside is that once we finalize our logo, we have to buy it like you cannot just use it as a sample. However if you are willing to spend a little more it could be a good option.

The site itself is pretty simple and easy to use and the interface is quite powerful. However if you are serious about creating a brand that really speaks to your target audience, I would say it is more of a quick fix rather than a long term solution.

I can design a logo using colors and fonts but I won't get anything truly unique or customized that will make my brand stand out. Even with the premium version you are just stuck with what you design. Plus customer service is terrible so do not expect quick help.

I really liked everything that came with the logo. Plus the pricing is fair considering you get a color palette and various options along with the PDF files.

There is not a lot of room for full customization. The software suggests colors and fonts but I cannot find the exact ones I want. Also it requires a lot of manual searching and tweaking to get it just right.

Pros

It was quite easy to sort through and choose basic logo elements like color, icon and typography. Plus I find these elements really easy to mix and match eventually making it simple to select and even test out different combinations.

Cons

The icons are pretty basic and the search functionality could definitely be better. Also I feel like an AI feature that recommends icons or search terms based on past searches and liked icons if available would have been really helpful.
