“Support team is the best
Pros
Mailmonitor responded quickly and I had the opportunity to speak with top level experts. They were committed to tailoring their service to meet my needs even though my organization is a small nonprofit.
Cons
I did not run into any issues with our experience using it. As a small organization we could not take full advantage of the more advanced features but they were open to adjusting their services to fit our needs and provided several options.

“My favourite tool
Pros
The personal touch the company provides is clear from the first demo. If you are unsure why your email is getting stuck, they are there to help. While email analysis is not my area of expertise still being more of a creative type it has made it simple to use data to connect with more clients.
Cons
I have not found anything I dislike. At first I was a bit confused about email deliverability but now I fully understand it.

Being able to track exactly where my emails go and how customers interact with them is highly valuable for the success of my email marketing.

Pros
I was impressed by how quickly email clients and platforms responded to my emails sent nationwide. I could easily track which emails were delivered and which were not. When there were issues, MailMonitor helped me resolve them quickly.
Cons
Well I wish the monthly monitoring cost was lower so my business could afford to keep it going year round.

“Works fine for us!
Pros
After struggling with our email marketing campaigns effectiveness, we finally found this tool. Many similar products seemed overpriced for the size of our agency but it offered software that truly improved our email campaign deliverability at a very reasonable price.
Cons
No downsides so far as there's no integration required just a simple setup. It is a cloud based SaaS that can be put into action right away.

Pros
I like the reputation and quality of the seed list. It gives us a clear view of email domains that need attention and improvement.
Cons
We had an issue with deliverability that needed assistance from their managed services team but we never heard back. This happened during the holidays so it might have been a busy time for them.
