They've got some seriously detailed data tools. I love how I can organize my reports and feeds just the way I want. Team collaboration is very smooth too. And those automated queries? Total game changer when I want to dig deeper.

Cons

At first, it was tough for me to manage all the mentions. Setting it up wasn't easy either since it's a pretty advanced tool for tracking stuff.

I've been using this tool for years now and I take it with me to every company I join. It's hands-down one of the best tools for social listening. It's helped me keep track of and respond to tons of positive and negative mentions online for all the brands I've worked with. Honestly I mainly use it just for listening and I haven't really explored the other features much. As for pricing, it's a steal. If you're looking for an affordable, solid tool for social listening, It's perfect.

I don't really have anything bad to say about It. I haven't used all the other features, so I can't say much about them but the main reason I bought it works really well. Some channels are only available in the expensive plans which is annoying but I get that companies need to make money.

They've got the most loaded dashboard I've ever seen when it comes to tracking stuff on social media. It's like a control panel in an airplane, seriously that level of complex. But it shows you pretty much everything you need to monitor in one place.

Cons

It just costs way too much for something an intern could probably do. They also charge for every little extra feature which is frustrating.

It helps me see where I'm being mentioned online but sometimes it misses the important ones which can be disappointing.

The range of channels you can listen to with this tool is pretty wild almost too much sometimes. There's a lot of noise, stuff you don't really need. I wish the filters were better to clean that up. But everything else is pretty smooth especially the extra features like analytics and social media management. The influencer search is also on point and super helpful.

Cons

The free plan is very limited, it mostly just lets you monitor websites. The paid version has more features but it's pricey especially since some of the tools aren't the best. The analytics are decent and the social media posting tool is okay but there are better options out there.

I really like how good it is at tracking what people are saying online. I can follow several brands at the same time and I get to set up filters and alerts just the way I want.

Cons

It still doesn't have top-level reporting features or a really polished interface. Also the options for API integration are pretty limited.
