“UI and team are excellent”

Pros

The best parts are the user interface and the fast helpful team. They can build simple yet powerful and practical programs quickly. They are like a wish-granting genius.

Cons

The cost could be a little lower. Other than that I have no complaints so far. The experience has been positive and rewarding. I love how simple and easy it is to use.

Pros

As a large software firm their range of products is wide. Their programmers grasp what clients require and build tools that boost overall client productivity.

Cons

There is one thing I don't like, that being the loading time. It definitely takes longer than it should to open and that's the only annoying issue I've found.

There are two aspects I appreciate most. First: the great value. It offers a capable messaging system at a low price though it may not suit very small businesses. Second the built-in API lets it link with customer management systems. Plus their support team is excellent.

My only worry is security�. everything else has been fine for us. I haven't used it long enough to point out any downsides yet.

It's a company that acknowledges its staff, rewarding merit. It pushes them to grow their abilities, creativity and new ideas. This makes employees feel appreciated which is why it's a reliable firm sooo you can hire them without worrying about the outcome because they deliver.

It's a very compelling company because they deliver software engineering and development work for us and we are very pleased with the outcomes so far.

If I'm being totally honest I can't think of anything because we are incredibly happy with the service right now which is really great.

Pros

Their group of advisors is first-class. In the first walkthrough of their services they guided me through several possible answers they had genuinely considered before our call based on a simple initial form.

Cons

Their pricing isn't designed for smaller companies. They are aiming at bigger clients with their cost model. I also wanted more clear information about their prices from the start..it would have saved a lot of time.
