“Smooth automation & user friendly
Pros
It has been a total game-changer for us! We're able to build professional-looking email campaigns without stressing out. I'm obsessed with the drag and drop editor, seriously even our intern whipped up a polished newsletter in like 15 minutes. The templates are modern, customizable and totally responsive. And don't even get me started on the automation, it's amazing. We created full workflows for welcome emails, abandoned carts and more, all using conditional logic and no coding. You can filter by clicks, location, purchase history and even the weather where someone subscribed (yes, really!). The segmentation is next level and honestly scary how good it is.
Cons
When it comes to tricky or sensitive issues, I've learned it's better to wait or check the help guides myself. If you're on the basic plan, don't expect support to respond right away and they're not fast.

“Effective tool for email marketing
Pros
I love how this tool made email building so easy with their drag and drop editor, no coding required, just creativity. The automation tools helped me set up email sequences that pretty much ran themselves. Plus, the analytics let me track everything, opens, clicks, conversions, so I could really fine-tune my campaigns.
Cons
Moosend's templates are okay but I sometimes wished they offered more variety. As your email list grows, the cost can rise pretty quickly which might surprise you. I also had a couple of small issues with their support team, it wasn't terrible, just not very helpful in those moments. Nothing major but worth keeping in mind.

“Affordable and worth it
Pros
We were launching a new product line and needed a low-cost way to keep in touch with our readers and automate the onboarding. We tried Moosend's free plan (for up to 500 contacts) and eventually upgraded to the Pro plan for unlimited emails. It worked perfectly for us at the time especially since we didn't know how quickly we'd grow.
Cons
Once you get more than 1,000 subscribers, Moosend's pricing is about the same as most other platforms. So if you're hoping to save money with a bigger list, this isn't really going to do that.

“useful app for subscriber management
Pros
I use It to build and schedule email newsletters using my own templates and it works great. I can set everything up to send when it's most convenient for my audience.
Cons
I found it kind of hard to generate reports and there were times I struggled to arrange everything the way I wanted in my newsletter. It wasn't impossible, just not very smooth.

“Best email marketing tool for business
Pros
What I really like about It is how easy it is to plan, schedule and manage email campaigns. The built-in spam blocker is veryr useful too. Email management and automation feel like very easy and out of all the email tools I've used, this one's my favorite so far.
Cons
So far, I've had no complaints about using It. Everything's been working well and I haven't regretted choosing it.

“Cost-effective solution!
Pros
It's very user friendly and easy to use, the pricing is affordable and their customer support is top-notch.
Cons
If you're on a lower-tier plan, don't expect much from the automation features, they're pretty limited. I've also heard from a few clients that they had some trouble with email deliverability.

“Big fan of Moosend
Pros
It just works, plain and simple. I hate buggy tools and Moosend isn't one of them. Any issues I've had were sorted fast and I always get to speak to a real person in minutes, not hours or days.
Cons
Sometimes It has cool features you'd really want but they're not available yet. They say they're thinking about adding them in future updates, so maybe they'll show up eventually.

“Product's good but sales & support need work
Pros
The core features are great. Automations work smoothly and setting up and sending campaigns is easy. We did run into some deliverability issues early on (probably because of shared IPs) but their support was amazing. They helped us warm up our list and switch IPs, and that fixed things. Their regular support is usually quick, though there are a few exceptions.
Cons
We did a lot of testing with It before fully committing. Even had a detailed call with their sales team where we explained exactly what we needed and they made it seem like everything we asked for was possible. We also checked their tech documentation which clearly showed examples of how to do what we wanted. So we hired developers and spent over $1,000 trying to build it, only to find out it didn't work. Support just kept pointing us to the same outdated documentation and insisted it should work. After a lot of back and forth, we finally reached someone who admitted the features didn't exist, the docs were outdated and the sales team was wrong. We did get a refund which was fair but we lost time and money. It really soured the experience.

“My experience with Moosend
Pros
I've been using Moosend for a while now and what really stands out to me is how good the tools are and how easy they are to figure out. I'm not a tech expert, so I really appreciate that everything is laid out in a simple, user-friendly way.
Cons
I ran into problems with using a private or paid email, seems like it's required to use the platform properly and that was kind of a issue.

“Dishonest sales reps & no follow-up
Pros
To be completely honest, my experience with this company wasn't great at all. I tried to give it a fair chance but nothing really stood out in a good way.
Cons
I was told I could pay upfront for a higher-tier plan and downgrade later, with the leftover balance carrying over. But that turned out to be a complete lie. They didn't honor that promise which felt really dishonest.

“Not recommending Moosend
Pros
The only thing I liked about this company was the pricing. It's pretty affordable compared to some other tools out there, which is what caught my attention in the first place. But aside from that, nothing else really impressed me.
Cons
They made me clean my email list and rejected the whole thing just because some emails were supposedly "bad" but they wouldn't even tell me which ones! The tagging system is super limited too. I couldn't upload a CSV file with separate name fields and custom tags. When I asked for help, they basically told me it wasn't their problem. Their excuse was that they were trying to "protect my domain," but I don't even have a domain, it's just a newsletter. They didn't even try to help, so I ended up canceling my account. Switched to Mailchimp instead which did everything I needed, though it cost more.

“Decent option for email campaigns
Pros
I've used this software before and it's handy for email marketing if you already have a contact list to work with.
Cons
I think It could really benefit from more customization options for their email templates. Also their email delivery rates could definitely be improved.

“Great email marketing tool
Pros
What I loved was how easy it is to use and manage. It's very interactive and has all the basic features you need. We rolled it out in one of our international offices and the team was really happy with it. We tested it alongside a few other tools and ended up picking Moosend because it was the simplest and most user-friendly.
Cons
I honestly haven't found anything bad to say. Our team at the international branch is super happy with the results we're getting.

“My go to tool!
Pros
For me, deliverability and customer support are everything and It nails both. It's not overloaded with features but what you do get works really well and isn't overcomplicated.
Cons
I do wish there were more templates that aren't just focused on e-commerce. But it's not a huge issue and I'm still able to design emails that work for other purposes. I like the visual planning style some tools offer and I hope It adds something like that. Still, their current step-by-step setup is great, it walks you through everything and makes sure your emails are good to go.

“Suspended account with zero support
Pros
Honestly, I don't have anything positive to say about my experience. They suddenly shut down my account without giving me any explanation and that was really frustrating.
Cons
I tried to sign up while being open about my cannabis-related business and they rejected me right away without even giving a reason. That was frustrating.

“Switching from Moosend
Pros
I found it complicated but I think it would be great for someone more experienced with email marketing. It's definitely not ideal for beginners. I didn't need anything too advanced, so I ended up not sticking with it.
Cons
Maybe they're just too good at what they do because even after trying the free trial, I couldn't seem to stop their email automations. They just kept going and I wasn't expecting that.
