Handy tool for keeping all your social media together

Pros

I've got a few social media accounts and NapoleonCat helps me handle them all from one spot which is convenient. I also love that I can plan my entire quarter's content schedule in advance. One of my favorite things is keeping an eye on my competitors and it really helps me see how I stack up against their marketing. The monthly cost is reasonable too. If it ever gets more expensive, I might reconsider but for now I'm happy with it.

Cons

This app checks all the boxes for what I need. I've really enjoyed using it so far and I'd definitely recommend it to others looking for something similar.

Must-have social media tool for 2024

Pros

It's super easy to use and very user-friendly. I really like the AI assistant that helps write captions and the analytics are solid. Setting everything up was very easy. Honestly, It just makes everything so much easier for me.

Cons

Honestly, nothing to complain about! I just wish more tools were this simple and easy to use like NapoleonCat.

Promoting your brand on socials

Pros

What I really like about this tool is how it manages all the available resources in one place. Everything's easy to find and really well-organized on the dashboard.

Cons

I didn't run into any big issues. I only used it for a short time during the free trial but it seemed well-structured and solid overall.

Awesome app for social media management

Pros

I love the features this tool offers. It saves a ton of time with automation which lets our team focus on other tasks and get even more done. It's made things way more efficient for us.

Cons

There's a bunch of awesome features packed in here but like with anything that does a lot, there's a learning curve to get used to everything and use it smoothly.

All-in-one content moderation software

Pros

This tool is user-friendly which made it easy to jump right in. It's packed with really helpful features that are a must-have for anyone managing social media. I especially love the reporting feature and it seriously speeds up putting together summaries. Huge shoutout to their awesome support team, they always go above and beyond whenever there's an issue.

Cons

In our day-to-day work, one of the tricky parts is moderating sponsored posts especially when another agency is the one promoting them. We're really hoping the Meta API will help make this part of the process easier in the future.

Best social media tool I've used so far

Pros

It's really easy to use and new team members don't need much training to get started which is a big plus for me as a Project Manager. The dashboard is simple to use and the features are really interactive. The analytics are spot on and give me what I need fast. It's definitely aligned with how I work.

Cons

They added TikTok support recently which is great but the integration could still use some polishing. There are a few glitches here and there but I'm pretty confident they'll sort it out soon.

Ideal app for community management

Pros

The tool's very easy and flexible to use. I rarely run into any issues. Whenever I do need help, their support team is quick to respond and really helpful. They keep the tool updated often and it stays current with changes in the market and platforms.

Cons

Saves me a ton of time

Pros

It pulls everything together in one place, so I can access all the features I need really easily. It saves me tons of time and makes everything way more effortless. Doing all this manually would be a huge pain. They're always adding new updates and features too. I use it every day at work. Plus, their support is fast and friendly which I really appreciate.

Cons

Like everything in life, it's not perfect. Sometimes there are small tech hiccups or things slow down for a few minutes. And the integration with some platforms isn't flawless but honestly, that might be more about those platforms' APIs than NapoleonCat itself.

Simple social media handling app

Pros

What stands out the most to me about It is how simple it is to use. The interface is clean and easy to follow with clear widgets. Everything just feels natural and user-friendly. Even when I need help, the support experience is smooth and simple and it actually works.

Cons

We've had a few bugs and small delays now and then that mess with the daily workflow a bit. Nothing major but noticeable.

Useful for what I need

Pros

It helps me respond to messages and comments way faster which saves a bunch of time. I don't have to dig through each platform separately anymore. Everything's right there in one place which makes things way easier.

Cons

Every now and then, the system logs me out randomly while I'm working which is annoying. Also some tickets show up late.

Pros

NapoleonCat is a great everyday tool for work. It really helps me manage all my profiles from one place without jumping between tabs all day.

Cons

Sometimes the app freezes up and I've noticed that the analytics data isn't always accurate when that happens.

Good option for handling social accounts

Pros

It's very simple to use and makes it easy to manage all our social media pages. I can reply to private messages or comments from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok all in one inbox, no need to keep switching between platforms. It makes my work faster and way more efficient.

Cons

NapoleonCat can get a little unstable when the inbox is overloaded with messages. It's not super common but it does happen sometimes.

Pros

I use NapoleonCat.com every day and it's honestly such an amazing tool. It's packed with helpful features that really come in handy when managing multiple social channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. I love how I can organize tickets by type (like new, hidden, archived) and use tags or flags and even collaborate with my team on responses. Their support team is also amazing, fast, helpful and nice. Highly recommend this tool!

Cons

Once in a while, it logs me out without warning, maybe once or twice a month. Not a big deal, more of a small annoyance than anything else.

Pros

It's really easy to use, both for customers and moderators. No one has any trouble figuring it out which makes things run a lot smoother.

Cons

When I've got a bunch of tickets coming in, It can get overwhelmed pretty easily. It could be better at handling heavy loads.
