“It is exactly what I needed
Pros
Their support is really fast and always on point. Whenever I have a request, they handle it in a friendly way that makes me feel comfortable. Their security is solid and honestly I love the way their graphical interface looks and feels.
Cons
If my project needs dynamic routes, I have to use a Node.js server because of routing issues. I am pretty sure they'll improve this soon but for now that's the way it is.

“Support team is simply awesome
Pros
The onboarding team at NetX is amazing. They helped our development team a lot by showing us the best ways to organize and structure our images for setting up our DAM. Plus the user interface is really well designed and super easy for anyone to pick up quickly.
Cons
Linking images to InDesign or Adobe Illustrator is not easy. Without buying a separate add-on, I can't link images directly from our layouts to the DAM. So I have to download the images every time I want to use them which gets annoying.

“Packed with multiple great features
Pros
It is like one big photo library powered by search where everyone across different departments can easily search, view, upload and share photos. It's been a game-changer for us. With This tool we're cutting down on all those scattered drives, box accounts and individual folders that not everyone had access to. It really helps keep everything organized in one place.
Cons
No cons from my side. I really like the custom metadata fields. Uploading is simple and works from multiple devices. Indexing is fast, I can upload and then immediately search and find my files. Creating download links is quick and easy for whoever receives them just two clicks to open and download. The system feels great overall.

“Awsome team behind NetX
Pros
We got exactly what we needed, a totally customizable DAM system with entry setup and an online format proofreader along with the space and user limits to match our needs. Rolling it out in our company went great and we know we can keep growing without any surprise costs.
Cons
Nothing negative. We got exactly what we needed a fully adaptable DAM system with entry setup and an online format proofreader. Plus the number of users and storage space we wanted. The rollout for our organization went really well and we know we can keep expanding the system without surprise costs.

“Deliver all creative work for clients
Pros
It is super powerful and flexible. It works well with other systems we use. The metadata system is easy to understand and manage and you can turn any attribute into search filters which makes finding stuff easy. Also the Collections feature helps us gather assets and work together as a team. Sharing assets straight from NetX is really easy too. Their support is quick to respond and they have an awesome community forum. They always listen to customers and try to make the product better.
Cons
The system has a nice user experience but like any software it is not perfect and could use some polishing. Also I wish there was a more simple way to create automated workflows like auto-tagging or moving assets automatically. A built-in file markup and communication system would be awesome. The CC Panel that links Itwith Adobe apps needs work as it's kind of buggy and unreliable at times though they are working on fixing it.

“Best solution for all digital assets
Pros
I really like the interface because it is clean and easy for importers, users and admins alike. The customer support is quick and helpful and the team is always pushing to improve the product and stay ahead of trends.
Cons
The documentation could definitely be better. Sometimes new versions feel rushed and don't go through enough quality checks. I end up spending more time than I want opening support tickets for bugs. That said the support team is really responsive and helpful.

“Top DAM software for what you pay
Pros
It is very easy to use. I just drag and drop assets from anywhere onto the screen and they are uploaded instantly. Plus the layout is sleek and easy to browse with different view options. Sharing assets is just a couple of clicks. Their support is fantastic and I've never had an issue left unresolved.
Cons
Whenever I have had little issues, the team has always been open and willing to work with me on developing new features especially if other customers want the same things.

“Simple and super helpful
Pros
Working with teams across the US, having all our assets in one cloud place that's easy to search has been priceless for our marketing efforts.
Cons
We are really hoping they add Slack integration soon! The NetX team seems to listen to suggestions about integrations so I am confident it'll happen sometime soon.

“Highly recommended!
Pros
Image Portal is one versatile DAM system. We haven't hit a problem yet that either the system or It has not helped us solve. In just a couple of years we went from having no system to having our whole digital library stored, searchable and accessible. Now we're even rolling it out for our clients. The system lets us control who sees what with great permissions and the E-Commerce Kit helps us monetize our assets. The NetExposure team has been there every step of the way and they gave us a single contact for help, answer quickly and always find ways to get us what we need even if it means going beyond what the app normally offers. Most importantly, they actually listen and learn about our business to give us solutions that work.
Cons
Since we're in higher education, we had some initial hiccups because of conflicts between NetExposure support and our campus IT team. But once we started working directly with NetExposure those issues got sorted out quickly.
