“Not perfect but it works
Pros
I noticed that there was alot of options to choose from which was great at first glance. However when I looked closer, I realized that unfortunately, none of the opportunities or services were actually located near me.
Cons
One thing I noticed was the job locations. Instead of sending requests in bulk, I had to reach out to each job individually which was a bit inconvenient. Also the events weren't always the best and I didn't find much for union jobs.

“Easy with automation
Pros
When I integrated NiceJob with my customer software, it completely took the effort out of asking customers for reviews. Now we get 5 to 10 new positive reviews every week without even lifting a finger. As soon as we close a job, it automatically sends the request to NiceJob's pipeline. It follows up but leaves customers alone once they've left a review. It even tells me when and where the review was left. Plus I can remove customers if they want out. Another cool feature we use is the customer referral program blasts, no more bulk mailers. It helped us get tons of 5-star reviews and spread the word about our paid referral program. If you want It to fit your needs, just give them a call. They gave me tailored help and adding tags made it filter who gets review requests. It's honestly the simplest but most powerful tool we've added to our setup.
Cons
We had an issue on the U.S. side where we didn't want It to reach out to certain customers like those who weren't happy or those under warranty. We fixed this by tagging those customers as "noreview" in our system so It wouldn't automatically send them review requests. That worked well.

What I apperciate the most about It was the variety of jobs available. The app has a ton of options across different fields, so it's great for job seekers at all levels. Plus it has advanced features that make finding the right job easier.
Cons
The one thing I liked least was the accuracy of some of the job info. Sometimes the details in job offers were wrong or outdated which made it harder to trust.

I like how easy the tool is to use and how perfectly it integrates with other apps. It really helps with both marketing and managing reviews.

The only real challenge we faced was not being able to manage reviews on Yelp through It. Apart from that, everything else about the tool has been fantastic.

I've had a really great experience with NiceJob so far. The platform is incredibly easy to use even if you're not super tech-savvy, you can get started without any headaches.
Cons
This might not really be a downside since most things happen online now but I was a little worried that It isn't based in the U.S., so I wasn't sure if it could really help me compete locally.

“One month and I was hooked
Pros
Integrating with our existing software was easy. Once it was set up which was quick and painless, our review count almost doubled in just a month. We're seeing way more reviews now which means more jobs and leads for us.
Cons
For USD75 a month, I think it's a great deal for everything it offers. But as a small business monthly costs are always a challenge. If there was a smaller package available that would be even better. That said, the USD1 trial for the first month showed me it's definitely worth it.
