“Reliable option for print buying
Pros
I really like the procurement features and how I can track specs on different estimates. Plus it works well with project management tools like Workfront, so I can link estimate costs and specs directly to my projects.
Cons
If you don't use it often, it could be more user-friendly but if you're really into print procurement, it's easy to use.

“Support and training made switching smooth
Pros
For me, it's easier to price the actual sell price instead of per/m. Also I find it way easier to search for older items in Noosh compared to the software we used before.
Cons
I don't like the Freight options because it would be better to have them for each quantity quoted. Also I don't like that you can't see when quotes expire by time only the day. It'd be great to see a queue showing how many quotes are due each day because right now I can only see 10 at a time.

“Very portable!
Pros
I find it pretty easy to use. I can work from home or anywhere else which is great. Since I use Outlook a lot, getting task notifications there helps me keep track of what's going on. Overall once you figure out where things are, all the modules are simple to work with. Uploading and downloading graphics and documents is fast too which is a big help when dealing with large artwork files.
Cons
Since I'm new to the system, I had to try a lot of things and make mistakes before someone helped me get it right. It's not easy at first if you've never used this kind of platform. The training wasn't enough, so I had to learn mostly by figuring things out on my own. But once you get the hang of it, it sticks with you.

“Not very user-friendly
Pros
Out of all the print procurement products I've used, this one's definitely the most complicated and hardest to use.
Cons
It's difficult to use and doesn't flow very smoothly.

“My experience with Noosh
Pros
We have quite a few distributors at Ward Kraft who use Noosh to send in their quotes and orders. Honestly the system is very easy to learn and get around once you start using it.
Cons
I've never had any trouble getting help from customer service, they're always super helpful. I just wish more of our customers used Noosh.

“Bit tougher to handle
Pros
I don't use it a lot but from what I've seen, it's not as user-friendly as I'd like. I used it a lot at first but since I've moved to a different role, I don't use it much. I liked the idea behind it but I never really got proper training. In a fast-paced job, it's tough to jump in and pick it up quickly. I did call support once and they were great but if you're not using it every day, it's hard to get back into it. I wish it was simpler.
Cons
Sometimes the wording or descriptions aren't clear.

“Overall good tool!
Pros
The Noosh system works fine for me but sometimes I get way too many emails. When I ask questions through Noosh messaging after orders come in, I usually get slower replies compared to emailing someone directly.
Cons
When I message through the system, responses are delayed. I find that emailing someone directly gets a quicker reply.
